hi all pexers!

i need to file a letter for my vacation leave for 6 months coz i will go soon in UK,maybe end of May or first in June,and need to present it in UK embassy too that when get back here i still have work when applying to get visa. it should stated there that my boss approve for it. can someone make a sample letter please!! im not good in making letter..i dont know where to start...please help me,..Thank you so much!!!

Dear Ambassador Beckingham:

We wish to inform your office that our employee (NAME) has filed for a 6-month vacation leave to go to the United Kingdom covering the period of 01 June to 30 November 2007.

As per our Company’s records she has a total number of XX days of paid leaves which shall cover the period of XXXXXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXXXX.

Note: If employee has less VL than his stay, use the following paragraph:

The remainder of the employee’s leaves shall be treated as Leave without Pay (LWOP) and will be deducted accordingly from her salary.

After taking into account the Company’s operating requirements and other concerns, the Company, through its Manager (Name) has approved the leave application of the employee and guarantees that the employee shall still be considered employed throughout the duration of her leave. Upon her return, she may return to her original job/position with no loss of rank or seniority. However, should the company’s operations require her to be transferred to another department or position, this may be done in the company’s best interests.
