what is your biggest achievement?? how did you handle conflicts with your groupmates?? have you ever taken a risk in your life?? what were the problems you encountered in your thesis and how did you deal with them?? (pag may bagsak ka) why did you fail this subject?? yan ang mga question sakin dati.. but of course i won't post all.. tip: magconcentrate ka sa conflicts.. dun ka gigisain ng manager.. hehe.. hope this helps.. ;)

had 2 interviews already both situational.. common question is "how do you handle conflicts?"

1. What do you think is your successful achievement and why?
2. Cite a time that you had conflict with someone. how did you resolved the situation?
3. Cite a time where you need to make rush decision without fully understanding the situation. How did you made your decision?
4. Have you ever did any volunteer work?
Plus 6 more since its a total of 10 questions for me not including the follow-up questions.
I really hate situational questions like that. If ever the questions were practical questions then I think I can muddle through somehow. Nagisa nga ako dyan eh. Naoverwhelmed ako sa mga panelists ko kasi. hahaha! Kaya un justice served at di ako nakapasa and actually during the middle of the interview I already wanted to walk out since I already had the notion that I had flopped the interview. If ever I will be allowed to do it again then why not? hahaha!

Nah, the interview in HP not really hard. Lalo na ngayon that they have hight attrition rate while expanding..
Just be sure you fit for the job. :) Thats more important than trying to please the interviewer

most HP interviewers ask only situational questions. not much technical stuff.

one of the questions na tinanong:
" Do you have any plans on leaving the Philippines?"
My Answer: "If given the opportunity then why not?"
Gusto kong lang masubukan *** "honesty" nung applicant agad kaya magandang first question yan.

I agree with you OliverWood21.. Better be specific with the job than trying to please them.. *okay*

mainly, the questions the hiring managers asked revolves around how one handles conflicts? any other questions that they ask?
usually, how many interviews before they give you a job offer? how long is the time frame between interviews?

Its very easy to get into HP. YOu dont need to be smart..just answer the questions properly. Thats all, no IQ test or any mental exams...

You can also invent answers. Just be sure you prepare for possible follow up questions. In short, just be confident and prepare to answer questions which usually revolve around "conflict management"...
That's it... You're in HP after 3-5 no-brainer interviews.
I just currently received my job offer... though im still thinking about it :)

hi,
what does it really mean when HP tells you that your application is "still currently on-processing with the hiring manager"? i haven't received a call from HP after my 1st panel interview (about a month ago with a team mgr & team member) then called HR last week for follow up and i received such response.
thanks
