pag tinanggap ka sa isang company kahit hindi ka mashadong nakasagot sa tech. interview does it mean na they will risk anything basta makakuha lang ng manpower???

AGREE... However, here in our company we are expected to do so much and our salary is so.....:mecry: Kaya nga madalas kaming magreklamo na lakihan naman ng konti sahod namin... ang sagot sa amin.... MORE RESPONSIBILITIES :weep:

Some people, no matter how underpaid they are, have to overwork themselves on their jobs because of high expectations and gobs of responsibilities.
