If you are good at sales... better apply in reputable call centers. First impressions do not last. You may be deceived.

I was supposed to be interviewed by this company first week of August...but i didn't show up. I was looking for some feedback about the company but I never found one. Also, the girl who called me up doesn't sound like professional...if you know what I mean. I even asked if this was a call center but she told me that everything will be discussed during the interview. Duh??? It's just a yes or no answer...if it's a call center eh d okay...no harm naman siguro in answering. Since ganun *** impression ko sa company nila..I decided to go for the other company na tumawag din saken...

ang daming nag-resign sa New-Fields sa short period of its existence. umalis ang IT manager, 3 web developers, 1 IT technician, 8 editors, 3 sales managers -- mga magaling na galing ng marcus evans at ng coastal. pati nga operations manager umalis, at dating HR manager. beware. kakaiba ang culture at above all else di binabayaran ang commissions!

yaiks! di lang yata magulo, may pagka-ala-Hannibal Lecter ang boss. interesting daw sana ang trabaho, challenging pa nga. pero may pangangailangang manghiya at magtorment ng tao ang mayari. tingin niya, meek ang mga pinoy--kaya lalong nagwawala kung sumasagot sa kanya employees niya. sabi nga ng close friend ko na nagwork duon, his fave line is: "when i say jump, you ask how high." sayang, sana sinabi ng kaybiogan ko na: "definitely, we follow the leader. so, show us how high to jump, and we'll make gaya."

Sayang, I read this only now. Grabe ang magtrabaho dito, walang professionalism at all! Turnover is exceptionally high, and the owner is a disgraceful excuse for a human. Better apply elsewhere.
