If not, can you describe your ideal job?

Let me start with mine:

So far my current job is still my ideal job. Why?
1. I can come and go whenever I want. No timing in / timing out.
2. The best boss I ever worked for. Walang pressure, as long as we deliver our deadlines on time. Pwede ka mag leave anytime you want. Any last minute request for Time-off is even possible.
If I'm sick, I can just send an email without the need for lengthy and crazy alibis.
3. Wear your most confortable outfit. We can come in wearing shorts, slippers, t-shirt or even pjs:lol: . Actually madalas kong makita yung boss ko na naglalakad ng naka tank top, shorts AT nakapaa walking around the corridors with his dog.
4. Nice co-workers, very considerate sa lahat ng bagay. At pwede mong pagtanungan anytime kung mayron kang hindi naintindihan sa trabaho.
5. At syempre pinaka importante sa lahat! Yung Salary and benefits. Sa salary kuntento na ko. Sa benefits ok din naman esp. yung GYM, recreation area at free food.:rotflmao:
And btw we can play pingpong anytime we want, basta walang gaanong ginagawa tulad ngayon :lol: at dito ko nag-uubos ng oras.
6. Isa pa pala, free training basta related sa work. At walang contract.

No offense to those who works for BPOs/CCs. I've been a part of the industry din. Pero yun nga, we are all aware na though okay salary and perks in a call center, marami naman opportunity loss (and there's getting trapped in the industry). For my work, pay is good, etc. and it's really wide range in the field of marketing/sales....

In a few days, I'll be coming onboard as a business development head for a dotcom company. The pay is colossal, the benefits are great, the time is excellent, and the work involves traveling to asian countries.

Not bad for someone whose previous job only pays him a little above minimum wage.
