I already applied sa JWS for a marketing position... so far, ok naman... i've had my interviews with them and got a job offer already. =) ok *** mga tao, i think they are professionals naman and good natured. =) excited na ako to begin working with them... =)

Hey guys! I've started working already with JFC...nkaka-two weeks na ako and so far, i enjoy it there. I'm now part of their marketing team. Super fun kc ok *** salary lalo na for a fresh grad like me. Super ok *** benefits! Best employer kc sure na may growth ka after just a few months of working there. Excited **** ako everyday to go to the office. Ok *** mga tao dun. *** ako masabi sa mga bosses...=) sorry but i can't give the HR's number kc under JFC are 6 subsidiaries *** di ko sure kung tama rin *** mabibigay kong contact person. i turned down there offer. i had a bad experience din with their HR...grabe!

it's a good company kasi Jollibee is stable na.

Any idea on the salary range for their I.T. people?

I worked in the Information Management Dept. of JFC. If you're considering career path, JFC is the right place for you. Although competition is on the highest level talaga. Kailangan mo lang magpakabibo at be in good terms with the bosses at siyempre yung work quality mo.

It is also true that they hire x-crews, marami akong kilala na x-crews na managers na ngayon :)

Working environment? Great! Maganda office, fully carpeted. hehe. People are nice din, everybody address everybody as "sir" or "ma'am".

Salary for I.T. people? Sorry I can't give you that, it's confidential...hehe. Pero depende din sa position, malawak naman kasi ang I.T. so under it maraming klase ng positions. What I can tell you is they really pay good :) Plus tons of good benefits! :)

When I first saw this company in JobDB..I thought to myself:

WTF??? That's BS! Jolibee having a BPO unit? Ridiculous! Maniniwala pa ako siguro kung McDonald Worldwide services..but JOLIBEE??

JWS is not a BPO unit.
its the one which caters needs of the different brands under jollibee group of companies.
so, if you are invited to an exam or interview, dadaan ka sa JWS,
inform ka nila kung saang brand ka mapupunta ie Jollibee, chowking etc.
