I don't know what's the best title but have you ever been in these accounts that deals with money? credit cards, collections, subcriptions. If you do you'll go bonkers explaining to the customer why, what, when where, how, whom and god knows what else do you need to explain what happened with there account.
words that you will hear delinquency, charge off, write off and the most popular of them all DISPUTE!!!!!
and the most common problem is I'm no longer using that account so how come your still charging me. :rolleyes:
answer uh! did you call customer service or did you even bother to call them that you want the account cancelled :mecry:
and probably the answer that you will get out of americans is Noooooooo! they get irate they say they won't pay because there no longer using (subscriptions, credit cards etc...) but the thing is the charges piles up or it incurr late fees and financial charges every month so what happens it will write off and go to collections same situation with customer service only this time there going to call you and remind you every hour every minute to pay what you owe the company.
fraudulent accounts and unaware customers. another problem that you'll be encountering.
