oo nga what's wrong with eperformax ?? hmm ... alam mo ba inbkgd is telling the truth ... and aside from the 20k+basic there are allowances, bonuses and merit increases! so some of us are already receiving almost 30k or 30k plus pa ata. and the standards set as basis for the perf and attendance bonuses are very attainable! which means that almost everyone gets a bonus every month, iba iba lang ang rate). so i don't know what u have against eperformax. :hmm: buti pa join ka na hehe ... so you'll know and then u can tell the difference cause all of us who are with eperf ip relay now who came from other cc's are 1 in saying that work's a lot lot better (and easier and more stress-free) here, considering the pay.

night diff is only 10% but since the basic is high so ok na din and it somehow helps

allowance starts at 100 per day so that's around 2000 per month but u automatically get an increase after 6 months on the floor konti lang naman but you'll get another increase after 6 months ... so those of us who've been around for 2 years already get around 4000 per month just for the allow.

attendance bonus is 10%
and another 10% for the perf ...

so ilan na lahat ... hehe

basta during ur 1st 6 months u can get as much as 27000 whether you're an experienced agent or not ... i have a batchmate who's a fresh grad and we had the same starting salary

yun nga lang syempre since you're getting a high pay medyo malaki din a tax ded ... which is the same case in other cc's with the same high pay ...

i c ... well, that's true cherley ... in ip relay that's really 1 of the requirements ... yun nga ata ang binabayaran dun eh;) -- typing skills (of course aside from english skills which is required naman for all cc's) .. and during training it's actually 60wpm to pass certification.

Hi, im from cebu working here in manila, i worked here for more than two years in call centers, all outbound campaigns. i went to cebu last wk for a reunion, and i happen to apply at eperformax, i wass accepted and sched for training this july 9. the problem is i was hired also by jpmorgan for this thurs, june 7 training, so i want to know if i would be getting more than 20k, coz i wanna make sure. ive heard the basic is 12500 and after 3 mos it will be doubled thats why 20 plus daw. how true is that? and aside from ip relay, is there any other campaign? outbound maybe? pls reply on me re this. thanks very much....

I think you'll grow and earn more if you are working for the a stable company and trust me the assurance percentage of carreer growth/stability and salary increase twice 20k, we are talking here of 50-60K in 3 months, is 90%. The 10% is left for you if you are up for the challenge! and if you do good!

Don't be fooled by ads as such sign up bonus things and other freebies if you join the company.... It's not about that, it's about the name and the STATUS of the the COMPANY in terms of financial and WORLD WIDE RECOGNITIONs.

hmm i don't think they have an ip relay acct in cebu ...and as far as i know only ip relay offers the 20K plus basic ... as for the 12500 x 2 after 3 months im so sorry cause i don't think that's how it works here in eperf makati .. not sure though ... pls try to look for other sources who can tell u more about this.

what's jpmorgan's job offer? cause i heard their 'fraud analysis' acct (?) also offers 20K+ so if this is the acct you're being hired for at jpm then go for it :)

I can type 80wpm and think that IP relay for deaf people is a low-stress job. If I have 1.5 yrs total call center experience, can I get 23k (the maximum) basic salary?

If I get 23k basic, the net basic salary after taxes and SSS and Philhealth would be around 19k. Plus 10% night diff, that's 21.3k per month, plus 2k allowances that's 23.3k per month. And if you add the perfect attendance bonus, that's 25.3k per month! And wala pa yung performance bonus....wow!

25k a month as gross basic salary means 19.5k or so as NET basic salary. Add to that the 20% night diff at HSBC which would therefore be 5k (20% of 25k). Add to that the 2.5k transpo and meal allowances so I'd get 26.5k per month as NET TAKEHOME pay? Wowowee!

yes, they ask for ur previous payslip. I was earning 18k before and they gave me something a bit higher. A friend of mine who was earning 23K from a previous call center was given something a bit lower so I think they try to match your previous package pero may ceiling din...that's just my observation :)

Excuse me pow!!! In my observation, you have to include your night diff to your basic salary before deducting taxes and SSS. At least, that's how I understand the payroll peeps compute... So you better re-compute. The night diff computation also differs, depending on your sched and in how the company computes it.

You don't have to include the night differential to the basic salary before deducting Philhealth, Pagibig, and SSS if the night differential is not taxable. That's the way we did it back in Etelecare and JPMorgan Chase.

If the night differential is taxable, you would be correct in that it's better to add the night diff to the basic salary and then make the deductions. However, even if you do not add the night diff to the basic salary for computing tax and other deductions, you can simply deduct from the night diff the amount corresponding to your tax rate (e.g., if your basic salary is taxed at 25%, then simply compute 25% of your night differential and subtract it from the total night differential), then add the remainder to the net basic salary, plus allowances.

Stellar Global also offers 23thou starting salary for their IP relay account. kaso mamumulubi muna kayo ng mga 1 buwan. 100/day lang ang soft skills training nila. That's for two weeks at hindi nyo makukuha kaagad 'to. Before nun pala may 10-day UNPAID training pa kayo pag hindi nyo na-meet yung required WPM. pag pinasa nyo yun, saka lang kayo i-eendorse for soft skills training. may product training pa ata after nito. maliit din ang allowance. sobra, ang kuripot nila pero nangangailangan sila ng tao.

at ito... ACS ang nag-rerecruit for stellar! sister company daw pero tingin ko iisa lang ang management. Hindi nagkakatugma yung sinasabi ng HR sa mga trainees. sobrang sabog. kahit na yung sa cubao site, walang matinong receptionist at misinformed ang mga hr assistants.

citi is offering a low salary. i've been in the cc industry for more than 4 years and i am in the supervisory level. i've had lots of experiences. they asked me for my expected salary during the initial interview. i have to go through a lot of exams and interview again and during the interview w/ the manager dun ko lang nalaman na they can't give my expected salary. tapos they asked me how much i can accept...they have to negotiate it pa daw w/ the higher mgmt. i guess..starting sa kanila is 17k or 18k. and they dont care if you have prev expeirence or not, you have to start from scratch...meaning entry level ulit...

You can apply directly to them. No need to course your application through headhunters because they could only recommend. Decision to hire you will still be based on these companies' (HSBC, Chase, etc) discretion. Most of them preferred walk-in applicants. :)

yes. mas malaki na ang chance ng mga fresh graduate ngayon. kasi pwede nilang baratin yung sahod since wala pa ngang experience.

magwawaiter na lang ako or hotel/room attendant kung halos pareho lang din lang ang sahod. Di pa kasing stressful ng call center.

Of course one thing is there is no incentive if you have a perfect attendance or what but at least youre assured of an annual increase depending on performance
and even if you fail they will still give you inflationary increase lowest is 800 so not bad right.
If youre a good performer you can get 15% increase from your salary.
Well of course they are strict with attendance coz of the service level.
