i applied there last year, they called nung april lang but I declined the interview invitation 'coz twas just for an agent post..eh i thought calls, they have back office din pala...what a waste :(

One thing you can do extract information regarding a BPO company is to learn how to search the blogs of CSRs...i.e. friendster, myspace multiply, blogspot. That is a skill I carried over from a "special work" I did before.

As for me, I'd rather not put anything regarding my "formal/overt work" in my friendster page.

Office Tiger? I heard the pay there is lower than 20k. A coworker of mine came from Office Tiger and says he moved here to our ofc precisely because OT paid quite low salaries.
