i am a fresh graduate and i'm trying my luck on landing a job in a call center though my degree is far related to being a CSR. i've applied online and taken an exam to the 1st company (people support) who invited me to take an exam. luckily i passed. i'm just waiting for my final interview via phone which is next week. convergys, ibm daksh and john clements, on the other hand, gave me a ring and invited me for an exam/ interview. it would be like less than 2 weeks from now. now, if ever i'll pass the exam/ interview of these 3 companies, would you please help me decide on which company to work for? just some views/ insights on how it's going to be on which company... it's gonna be my 1st job ever. thanks! :D

John Clements is not a call center. It's a recruitment agency. They screen applicants for other companies. If you pass the exam you will be referred to a call center.

John Clements is not a call center... they will only endorse you.
Converygys and PS will be a good start for you...

Hi cyrhee828 - IBM Daksh is hiring a lot of people who can start every Friday. You will go thru a 1-day processing where you will be assessed on your Communication Skills, Comprehension and basic foundational competencies required. If you go as early as 9am, you should be done by 2pm or so. Unlike other call centers, we offer you the opportunity to be part of the world's most powerful brand, IBM. Just check out your options. :) At anyrate, all the best to wherever you go! :)

the best callcenter for starters is CLIENTLOGIC
after CL, you'll say: I've been thru hell (literally), left unscathed, other call centers will be a piece of cake :glee:

CL is now Sitel right? I've got a friend who just resigned at Sitel. She advised me not to try in there. :)
