Questions for Teamleads/managers applicants!!

Ano call centers ba ang tumatangap ng Applicants for TL and Managers na wala pa Supervisory experience? wala lang kasi karamihan kelangan naging TL o Manager na. Especially tulad nating mga 3 to 4 yrs na sa Call centers, diba pwede na tau mag assume nang higher position right? Kasi kung hindi ngayon kelan pa! :confused: :confused: :confused: :mecry:

Eh kasi naman it is either nasa call center ka na wala na movement kasi masaya ang mga Higher ups sa position nila o talaga Pinipigilan ka to go up because of politics!

To tell you honestly, I got started with my leadership experience by getting hired as a TL from being a CC agent from a different company. It's just about projecting the right image to the interviewer. I NEVER got promoted internally! Everytime I moved to another company it's always 1 position higher. So ask me a question regarding this in my thread and I'll answer it for you. :)

Ah ok Thanks for the reply ano ba url ng thread mo? and do you have a least a list of call center's that i can try to apply? i guess it's time for to break out of my comfort zones and stop thinking about myself kesyo sarili ko lang problem ko and my individual stats. I should start somewhere to jumpstart my career. cuz i know that im not getting any younger.
