Saan Call Center maganda VL & SL benefits?

most companies naman have 15 days VL and 15 days SL. Some would have additional 5 days for EL (emergency leave). Pinaka loser sa PeopleSuppor kasi 20 lang leave for the whole year and bahala ka if you use it at VL or SL. So ang labas nyan parang 10 VL and 10 SL ka lang. So far ok naman sa ibang companies.

sykes has 20 vl and 20 sl...you can get the SL after regularization and the VL after 1 year of stay in the company...SL is convertible to cash every july and january...if you have 20 VL,10 VL is carried over to the next year (january) 10 is covertible to cash (january also)
