HI E***. Remember me? Umalis ka na rin pala PS? I've heard about the mass resgination thingy there at PS. What happened to our very toxic 3rd floor PSC travel account? Sino pa andun esp. sa mga TLs/Supes?

May opening ba for non-college grads diyan sa world's local bank? By the way, Makati ba yan or Alabang based?

I'm here at the BPO near SM MOA - the science of customer management. Modesty aside, I've been awarded recently as a Best Agent pero ayun gusto ko na rin umalis kasi ang payat-payat-payat ng budget namin dito.

Okay naman dito - back office, no calls, day shift, Sat-Sun off. What more can you ask for? Better pay na lang and less ngarag from our headquarters siguro.

Hi Altwegg. You gave up W*** already? That was my dream account before in PS. Toxic din ba?

About the backpay, patience is a virtue. Kulitin ang HR and Finance kung kailangan. I got mine after about a month of continuous (as in - daily) follow-up.

I resigned last April 21 because I have a very important thing to attend to aside from the fact that the account is mismanaged.

ex ps agent here! 3rd floor travel account. am with the same company as talipandas9. super toxic account, no calls pero hanep naman ang mga reports nakakamatay.

nabalitaan ko rin yung mass resignation sa ng mga taga 3rd floor. most of them yata nsa 24/7, are you guys rooting for hsbc?

last year pa ko wala sa ps, hanggang ngayon ndi ko pa rin nakuha employment cert ko same with my last pay and back pay :bop:

michelles - nakita ko yung mga posts mo sa unang PS thread...if i'm not mistaken, you're from batch 33, pero di ka tumagal sa floor? yup, most of those who resigned in the months of april and may are in 24-7. i did consider jumping to 24-7 but "the world's local bank" gave me a better offer... :D pakita mo lang previous pay mo kung may call center experience ka, tapos pwede nilang tapatan...

have you been following up the back pay regularly? i resigned last may 16, tapos sabi nila makukuha ko in 1-2 months...as early as last week kinukulit ko sila...wonder if it does really work...

yup ndi ako tumagal sa floor kasi grabe nt log in ko dun ayaw yata ako pagtrabahuhin laging sira tska nung time na napunta kami sa floor mag iintay ka ng isang oras bago ka makakuha ng slot. ndi ako nakatagl sa systema.

nice to know ur in hsbc. my hubby left 2mos ago, ok ang sahod pero grabe pulitika na naranasan nya. nsa teletech na rin sya, yun nga lang super baba ng offer. ine-enjoy lang namin yung thought na magkasama kami sa isang company. btw, what's your dept in hsbc? (dept nga ba tawag dun?) my hubby came from service plus.

ako rin ex ps -- financial account sa 4/f w***. no plans of going back. la na rin ako pakialam sa clearance and back pay. actually parang nabawi ko na rin yung backpay kasi when i resigned last oct 2006 up until feb 2007 nakukuha ko pa rin sweldo sa chinabank atm pati christmas bonus nakuha ko rin. so parang lumalabas i was gettng paid both by my new job and ps. ang saya!

hey, me ganun akong ka-batch dito sa ps. he went awol and he still got like two month's worth of pay and even his thriteenth month pay last december. ba't ganun? daya naman.

i'm with 24/7 as u very well know which is now slowly becoming PS Annex! Imagine sa batch ko, 10 kaming taga PS out of 20? And 9 galing sa account natin!

There is an opening for QA and TL pero the thing is, I think both positions require at least 1-2 years experience eh before u get qualified :confused: good luck there in hsbc!

2 months palang ako sa PS pero kababasa ko dito parang i want to leave narin...

when i was in college excited ako grumaduate and magwork sa CC coz ang laki DAW ng salary, derecho ako apply sa PS kasi nga naman sikat, pero 3 times ko na nakuha salary ko grabe nanlulumo ako,,,

dayshift ako sa 3rd floor travel account, 5.5k tuwing 15th and 6.5k tuwing 30th... parang 13k lang sa isang bwan... nu ba yan... dayshift ako and walang katoxic toxic sa account

kaso nahihiya ako umalis coz ang babait ng mga kasama ko lalo na *** SUP ko and *** QA ko,,, and may retention program pa sila na pag walang umalis sa isang team sa isang buwan eh may 1500 ang employee kaya nakakahiya sa mga ka-team ko...

ano sa tingin niyo? iwan ko na ba? pag umalis ako di ko alam san ako pupunta,,, idedeclare ko ba na may cc exp ako eh 2 months lang? pm niyo naman ako or patulong nalang makapasok jan sa cc niyo *****! tutal may referal bonus din kung saka sakali! hehe..! tnx

Kaya sila may retention program, desperado na sila sa sobrang daming nagreresign. They should listen to their employees needs and not just bribe them with retention bonuses. Kasi kung magbigay nga sila ng bonus pero yung management hindi pa rin magbago ng palpak na systema nila, magreresign pa rin mga employees after getting their bonuses. Bakit hindi nila pakinggan yung mga nakalagay sa "The Voice" or yung employee satisfaction survery every year? As long as reasonable naman hinihingi ng employee, bigay na nila, wag naman yung abuso basta within reason naman. Divah?

ex-ps na din ako as of may 2007. i'm now across the street.. just started training for the biggest Hotel group in the US and UK.no QA evaluation.. whoohoo!!!
