Yup2x it sounds too good to be true but its for real. I dont have to explain further coz there's no reason to do that. The company is legitimate and that's how we do it here. The thing that was posted explains it all. You can get the bonus as long as you have a proof. Either COE or payslip... If you have any of those well you qualify for the hiring bonus program... That's it, no questions asked.. Believe or not... As expected always, in things like this you really cannot convince everybody. Well its your opinion and we do respect that... =)

Yup we still have the Makati site. When ka nag-apply before? With Ortigas they have different schedules but here in Makati standard shift for all the campaigns [1am-10am]. If you have the experience naman like atleast 6 months you can demand when it comes your basic salary...

Another thing, the hiring process right now is in Ortigas Site. On-leave
yung recruitment assistant here in Makati so no one will conduct the exam. But then it's okay coz they will be asking you regarding the site that you prefer. [whether Ortigas or Makati Site]

how about base pay for starting agents?
ganon pa rin ba, 10k for the 2nd mo then 12k for the 3rd?
Share ko lang ha, sobrang bagal ng pagbigay ng backpay
sa inyo, mag iisang taon na akong nagresign pero wala pa rin.

if it's too good to be true, then don't believe. worked there,
siguro sinasabi nilang ganyan kalaki kasama na commissions pero
kahit commissions di rin naman ganon kalaki eh.
Purely outbound lang campaigns nila, discount programs saka account secure plus accounts nila. Ewan ko lang kung yun pa nga rin or may mga bago nang accts.

I think the threadstarter meant that depending on your experience you get the corresponding amount as a bonus. your basic salary is totally different.

don't believe in influent. the bonus is not a one-time process. it's actually divided. a friend of mine worked at influent in makati, yung kahalati ng bonus niya hindi niya nakuha upto the time na nagresign **.

and the management sucks, the recruitment process is unique but gory in every way even the training. as they tell everyone, quote "here's goes AMBER, murder yung set of applicants uli." hi to ms. angel.
