I think It's going to be a separate entity naman e. So sa tingin ko parang hiwslsy din ang lalabas sa Wachovia. Wachovia bank daw ay malaki it itself. Maybe mas malake pa sa GENPACT itself.

very informative yung site ni callcenterveteran noh pero di ko makita san magpapadala ng email, walk in na lang ako sa 3i, sabi recruiting pa din daw sila for GE.

What is GENPACT?

Share ko lang, Wachovia is a really really large consumer bank here in the states. It bought out Prudential bank years ago and para shang equivalent ng BPI ngayon sa Philippines. Mas madaming Wachovia every corner compared to a Starbucks or 7-11.

GENPACT I believe used to be part of GE ( General Electric ) then became a subsidary of GE na gumagawa ng BPO work... Mga indians ang patakbo ng GENPACT.
