Hi!! Ive been an employee of Air Relay for quite sometime. And here's some few things that i want you to be familiar with this company.
At this point of time I beleive you already passed training and you are now taking your calls and selling skills on the floor. ANyway, training is only for two weeks and based from my experience, there training is not that substantial after all. I think that their account should focus more on their "product knowledge" stage of training since... you would not really sell anything if you do not deeply know the product right?!?! in short, as a trainee, you need to do a lot of questioning and self-studying because air relay training is not that informative.
Passing training is not so difficult since their focus is basically to hire more agents to be able to balance the growing number of employees (agents) resigning from their company or simply self-terminating their contract. After training, of course, you are an oficial air relay agent. you would be assigned to a team and be able to make atleast 1 sell to prove yourself worthy. as time goes by.. you need to atleast please your "team coach" or "team supervisor" and make more successful sales. anyway.. in short you need to reach their quota for each day. so there. Goodluck.
Okay..lets answer your questions:
Basic is: Php 10,000.
Benefits: hmm...im not so sure if they have one.. joke. of course the usual benefits a company offers-- SSS, philhealth..
--they have limited food in their pantry so i suggest you make it a point to be the first one in line evry lunch break.
