Have you heard of Leng? TL from Sprint to DTV in Convergys enterprise? I dont know this person but have 2 friends from there who are not close to each other both saying the same thing about this TL. Also practices favoritism. Kala mo hindi naging agent. She started as an agent when there used to be Sprint pa in CVG enterprise. Got promoted to TL kasi magaling sa sales. Yun na.

Usually ang mga power trippers na boss- managers, team leaders, supervisors kaya naging ganoon dahil sila rin pinag tripan ng sila ay agents o subordinates.( Bihira yong mga agents na naka experience na powetrippers ang Sup tapos sya naging mabait )

O kaya naman, First Time maging Supervisor / manager kaya ganuun na lang kasuwapang sa power !

I encountered that super power tripper na sup ( pero ako sup din )... nalaman ko sa mga agents nya na super higpit sya .. kaya nang mag inuman kami.. tanong ko sa kanya... First Time mo bang maging Sup ?... heeeeeee......

my current sup is super supportive. she's friends with all her agents. i couldn't ask for anything more.

I have encountered several sups/managers- not only in a callcenters but also in banks na Super sungit ng mga sups nila ...tapos nang sila naging sup... heee... super higpit... as in KUPALOIS.... sinusuka ng mga subordinates..

Me and My best friend we had "Satan" Sups & Managers, but when we both got promoted we knew and remembered how they treated us and we swore to be exactly the opposite of what they were. And so we did. We were the alter-egos of the satanic regime. So not everybody na nagkaroon ng boss na badtrip e nagiging @zzwholes... :D
