Hi! Does any of you know about Perot Systems? All I know is that they are a BPO for healthcare accounts and they do mostly back office work, that they are in Enterprise, and that they are hiring. I would like to know about the exact work, benefits & salary... Thanks!

Is there a bond? How much do they pay as basic salary, night differential, and allowances for experienced call center agents with over 1.5 yrs call center experience? I also have over a year's back office worth of work.

ok naman sa perot kung ayaw nyo na mag calls, pero magkakakalyo ang mga brains nyo with analysis. most of the time mapapa OT pa dahil sa work and TL's discretion pa kung babayaran nila ang OT mo. what's good about it is, hawak mo ang oras mo. you can take your break at any time, mag wash room ka ng di na kailangang mag log or mag paalam sa sup... fix sched... weekends off, may mga philippine olidays na off like yung all saints day, nw year saka xmas, may mga US holidays din na off, like yung thanks giving. sa salary, for a BPO company, ok na. pero don't expect it to pay like a call center kasi BPO nga, he hehe... i dont think we're allowed to disclose the salary pero so far, pede na for a BPO.

Modesty aside, I'm in the same boat. I took the exams last May 2007. I thought I would still get a slot for the dayshift. It turned out I applied too late already since the dayshift slots were all taken already. They offered me to work for the GY shift. I declined.
They told me I would be in active file - whatever that is. Ho-hum... may opening na ba ulit for dayshift? I want to revive my application anew.

Active file--means within 6 months you might be considered for the position if there's an opening, but per experience on this, don't get your hopes up that they'll ever call you (that's true for any company BTW, not just this)...:D

Am with Tenet. salary range, may butal kasi sila mag offer, he he he... from what I know, paf walang exp nasa 12,5k ang basic... pag may experience, tinatapatan naman nila unlike sa ibang bpo, pero pag mga more than 1 yr ang exp mo from bpo/call center, mga 17k, tapos senior ang status.. nag raramp sila, may 2 new departments na nagbukas, yun yung kailangan ng health care back ground. pero may iba pa namang accounts na hindi kailangan ng ganung experience. ang alam ko, early next year pa ata uli mag raramp para sa morning shift. madali nga lang ang exams, kso syempre sa interview... feeling ko ayaw nila nung medyo may angas, kasi nung nag apply ako, 4 kami, ako lang lumusot. kasi pag dating sa salary, yung tatlo ata nag demand ng 20k.. kailangan daw kasing tapatan or iexceed ng perot yung nakukuha nila from previous job..

sabi dun sa isang thread kahit finish na daw *** work mo for the day dito eh di kpa rin daw pinauuwi.. how true?
silke
Jun 30, 2008, 07:57 PM
so true. no ot pay dyan. reason daw nila is you have to finish the backlog kung naabot mo man ang quota mo. Kung di mo naabot quota mo, lalo na di ka pwede umuwi.
pex-er too!

hi, meron pa rin po bang mga pexers dito na nasa perot pa rin po, just want to ask some information
1.environment at perot-well kahit if ever malaki salary if the environment is not so good i might not pursue it, coz people is one of my considerations.
2. syempre *** salary din, taga laguna pa kasi ako, gusto ko *** fixed night schedule, kaso nga lang bakamapunta lang sa pamasahe *** sweldo ko.please give us a range like 12 to 15k something like that.or salary package per level for eg: training---13k plus allowance then probi like 15k plus allowances plus insurance tipong ganun.
3. hiring process- one day recruitment po ba dito or pababalikin ka pa, *** are the type pf exams, madali lang po ba?
4. nature of work, mahirap po ba *** work na tipong its not worth it sa sweldo mo. or ok lang, as far as i know its more on health insurance?dami po bang mga nurses dito(i am also a nurse!) kung nurse ka related po ba sa nursing yung work?trainings mahirap po ba?
well ito lang po ang mga tanong kosa mga perot people.kahit di po perot employee but me background sa kanila ok lang tnx po.

It's good enough kung wala ka experience sa BPO industry. ;)
Don't expect much sa salary but if you looking for a challenging acount pwede ka sa Perot System.
