Located in Belvedere Tower, San Miguel Ave... in Ortigas....
Just curious, the said "contact center" has its agents use laptops and their production floor is so small only 15 agents can use it w/in a shift....

nage-expand yata sila. ang alam ko, kinuha nila yung isa pang office adjacent sa kanila. may 70 seats na ngayon. malaki starting salary nila, 22K. hindi nga lang ako nakapasa. preferred nila may outbound sales experience.

I just received a call from someone from Vonscore offering a job/position at the company. Is it a new call center in Ortigas? Based on the previous post/s, it seems they just started. Is anyone currently employed, undergone / undergoing training? How was it, in terms of salary, benefits, work environment?

naku, laptops lang? i know of a similar call center in ortigas, yung PNI-KMPG. malaki nga ang starting salary, wala naman benefits like healthcard, allowances, etc etc.. and i saw them transfer to raffles, in the middle of the night! (caution: white board crossing the street) katakot. baka fly by night!

yep, the company is legit. I know of 2 people who have been working there for quite some time but the other one resigned due to disputes with salary. yung isa naman, ok naman daw sya dun sa company.

the office is so small. i noticed they don't have a dress code. some report to work wearing shorts

Nalugi na itong kumpanyang ito dahil tinamaan sila ng recession. Since maliit lang na kumpanya, nawala ang mga accounts nila.

Mismanagement din ang dahilan kung bakit na-bankrupt ito.

I sadly heard from someone that employees there are forced to make absences from work for four days now..

oh well,, the best thing i can suggest to these people is to try other companies with outbound sales so you would still connect your experiences learned from Vonscorp..

i would personally endorse Brady Corp,, they have positions for outbound sales and collections.. it's in shaw boulevard, mandaluyong..

it's not true that they prefer applicAnts with outbound sales experience. not even call center experience. as long as you did good in the interview everything will be OK!

naku! ang mga accounts dito, now you see them, now you don't! bigla na lang mawawala ng walang kaabog-abog! bigla ka na lang ding hindi papapasukin, at tatawagan ka na lang pag may trabaho na uli. kaya naman ang mga natitira dito, mga latak na lang, kasi hindi nila ma-afford makalipat sa ibang kumpanya.

hmmm...nag-training ako dito for a week... ok sana dito kaso ang panget ng account, ang panget ng benefits, ala paki sa agents, hindi marurunong mag-english mapa-agent pa o mapa-HR...bakit ka pa papasok dito...
