Para to s mga tao umalis, napilitang umalis at pinaalis s Clientlogic PeoplePC account...join na kayo.

I-share ang kakatawang experiences nating lahat dito...

Yahoo meron ng space para sa mga taga well, dating taga PeoplePC...I'm sure madami ang magpopost dito,lahat ng mga umalis na madaming sama ng loob.

Lhat **** kse ng umalis may sma ng loob.

Balita ko taas ng attrition ah, grbe account na to attrition 5% lang goal sila susko 20%+ halata n *** empleyado ang kuntento. Ang kuntento lang yung mga sipsip.

Calling all people who resigned, terminated, forced to resign o wala ng choice kundi mag resign....post na tyo.

actually ito nga kinukwento nakasabay ko nag apply sa isang call center na nag awol sa people pc dahil napipilitan sila iscam yung mga customers kahit wala naman dial-up connection na mention ko na to sa previous client logic thread a few months back.

Meron ako kakilala ngayon na-dinidemanda nila ngayon ang Former Clientlogic now Sitel dahil sa wrongful termination... 11 silang lahat... majority mga regular employees na ng dating CL kaya dapat walang termination without due process. Ang kaso pagka-logout daw nila kina-usap lang daw sila ng Senior OM nila at sinabi sa kanila kung ano ang nakitang scamming na ginagawa nila tapos TSUGI. Leave your IDs an proximity card sa guard. Tapos di na sila nakapasok ng CL ever. Mass termination without due process. Yan ang CLIENTLOGIC/SITEL...

This is probably the second or third time na nademanda ang Clientlogic because of wrongful termination... Watch out...

The last time I heard they were sued by an employee, they paid damages in hundreds of thousands if not millions...

Naku update *** tungkol dun s Oceans 11, *** mga n terminate na agents ng PPC due to fraud, *** SOM nila n super announce p talaga s microphone ang names nila, pinatawag s conference room at pinalabas sila ng building n parang mga aso...ayun tpos n daw ang kaso s labor...ending...binayaran ang mga agents tig 50k bawat isa at s COE at clearance nila nakalagay RESIGNED d TERMINATED. Yan hirap s mga managers eh, banat ng banat d **** alam ang labor code ayan sayang **** gumastos n **** ng pera ang Sitel dhil *** s katangahan ng mga managers nila.

mabuti naman ganun nangyari at nacompensate at di nilagay na terminated kungdi resigned that's what clientlogic gets for getting a scammed account into there company they didn't bother to check the background thinking they could get away with it too bad cl had to pay 50k for there wrong doing against there agents.

actually ok **** CL *** mga managers lang s operations ang mga eng eng. Naisip ko nga dpat yung 50k each agent eh i-salary deduction dun s mga bobong managers na gumawa ng wrongful termination para magtanda...dat's not the 1st time na ginawa nila yun no. May raket pa nga sila dyan pag bigayan n ng incentives *** mga malaki incentives pinapa investigate nila dun s dating QA team lead nila n unfortunately eh umalis s CL after 3 years dhil mga bobo managers nia. Going back s raket ng mga managers, pag may nakita *** QA TL n **** isang bahid ng scam, tineterminate ang agent..ang dahilan para d n nila ibigay ang incentives...ang tanong...nasan n ang pera??? nagtatanong lang po.

mga sis d biro ang incentives na sinasabi ko ha, merong isang agent dyan pina-investigate s ex QA TL nila, may trace ng pagka scammee si agent ayun tsugi. Pina-investigate kse kinabukasan bigayan ng incentives (cash) *** agent n un 8k ang incentive. D *** sia ang tsinugi dat same day darling. Ang tanong...nsan n ang pera?

Obvious n galing din ako ng PPC like PPC violator. And as per his post, ang thread n to ay para s mga umalis, napilitang umalis s PPC...umalis n kme kse d kme makatiis so u dont have to tel us to leave coz we already did....

Naku ***** mo pa! Even after the alignment mababa p din ang sweldo tpos ang trabaho mo kayod kabayo ****. OT hindi rin binabayaran. Agents lang ang pinag fafile ng OT eh ang QA support team pero d **** sila Sup level so dpat may OT

i have heard from an employee there about their burdens!!! .. watch out for several accounts... SEARS account has the most highest percentage of attrition!!!! guess what??? just because of their OMs (who came from PPC and other accounts!) and HR Manager... (Joji's the name!) we really don't know why the company hired HR like her.. according to my friend there... she really don't know what she's doing.. all this girl know is talk and talk and conive with her friends from the higher OPs on the site (OJV Site) like the OMs and Work Force Managers. Considering that she was also doing the "under the table" arrangement blatantly with one of the TL there who happen to own one of the food stall there.. (conflict of interest right?) That is why she was thrown out of WYNSUM.....Bunch of unprofessionals! They usually take things against "the people who did not approved" to their wants "subjectively" and will just consolidate all the small "shortcoming" stuff of this person (eventhough she knows a lot of TL is not complying with the all the requirements asked!) and then ask his TL and OM friends to file it to her office then what???? make things worst for the company by having another attrition. that is how OJV site is working.... I really pity S*t*l Peeps! Low compensation.... low quality of HR... Lots of politics.... *** more can u have?? and to be fair with my friend... she haven't been appraised yet she's working ther more than a year now...WHAT THE HELL! she have the same salary till now from the time she was hired! NOW.. IS THERE ANY GOOD WITH S*T*L Philippines specifically OJV site?

wow... buti hindi ko na inabot itoh... kasi **** hindi ko na kinaya...im batch 4 sa ppc... Lonely Girl!! pa pm **** nung 11 na agents... ehehhe i wanna know ***... hheheh hindi ko kasi toh alam eh... well baka **** hindi ko na rin sila inabutan... nkakainis kaya jan!!! naku nung una nung mejo bago pa yung account ok na ok... kasi reasonable **** lahat.. nung tumagal na... hindi ko na alam... basta ang alam ko mei mga napromote jan na hindi **** dapat mpromote... isa sa nagaassist sa floor... the last time na alam ko yung position nia ha..eh isa sa mga scammer jan sa ppc... i dunno kung anjan pa sya kasi that was 2 yrs ago...tpos yung iba pa... naku sanay n sanay mgscam!!! yung spaminator??? ilang customer na ba ang nagago jan?? yung backup for highspeed?? ilan na ba customer na ngfile ng fraud jan?? ahahha di ko alam kungbakit until now mei ppc pa din... wala pa ba silang Highspeed man lang... kahit 1 year free pa yan!!! lintek... kmusta **** ang dial up!?!?!umalis ako jan kasi hindi ko kinaya na pinupush ka everyday na gawan ng paraan ang 32% conversion rate mo... kahit iscam mo yahn!!!...

at yung napromote na i was telling you earlier?? isa yahn sa mga experts.... minsan they tagged it as cancel muna... then later they will tag it as a save... quota pa rin sila... BONUS pa din...
nung nalipat ako sa General Customer service sobrang saya ko ... kasi nung nasa ppc ako at hindi ko na mamaintain yung conversion ko.... kahit ano sasabhin na ***..yung coach ko friend ko din namn yun pero binaback fight nia ko pag hindi ko nahihit yung metrics... ayoko ng gnun,... kaya ayun ngresign ako... after ko umalis na rin yung orig na Manager... si Majo...and more other employees...sa mga mapupunta sa account na toh... think twice!!!!

sa employees now?? i dont know what the hell are you waiting for!!! mghanap na *** ng ibang mas magandang center,... and besides kung nasa sitel ka now and hindi ka pa tenured what do you get?? low salary wala pang leave?? i dunno... sobrang sama *** ng loob ko jan... it was really an experience...

Lucky to be hired? i beg to disagree mr. Hindi na po uso yan ngayon, dati uso pa yan na talagang napakaswerte mo pag natanggap ka sa isang work pero, eversince call center industry came in the phils - nagbago na yan...

Madali lang lumipat - as in - and dont say stupid morons - u might just get it ^_^
