Company must be...
• A successful BPO or IT services company
• Must be headquartered in the Philippines
• Must primarily service offshore clients, not US clients. However, candidate companies can service EU clients
• Preference is for smaller companies with no more than 500 employees. However, larger companies will be considered
• Profitable, with stable recurring revenue and profit margins
• Strong management team
• Unique skills, service offerings, or technologies that support growth
• Solid customer base, with long term contracts in place
