Are you ok with working again for your previous employer?

Guys, are you cool with applying and working again for your previous employer? What are the things that you consider first before doing this? thanks for your opinions!

I'm totally fine with that. Some people in my workplace have gone and come back.

The only disadvantage would be possibly working with the same staff who you left with nasty words to, if you did tho. ;)

Only if I'm pirated back to work there, with higher salary, better benefits and a better-looking office :lol: But seriously, yeah, I might consider, especially if you resigned from work to take your MBA and if your old compay is willing to take you back with better pay/position, why not?

But if you're asking if I'll go back there on my own because the 'boss- from- hell -that- you- really- hated -then-which -is -the -primary-reason- why- you- left' is already gone, (and you really loved your job there than your present job) then I still have to think things over.;)

But if you mean I have to go back there because no other company would take me in, then NO.

Yes but they should give me the same salary and comp&ben that I'm receiving now with my current employer. Which I doubt that they'll do. :D

I have worked with my previous employer not as full time employee anymore but as a part time support staff a.k.a. side job. My former employee approached me if I could do some job for him and I did not mind accepting it since there's no bad blood between us in my resignation from him.
