i strongly suggest you withdraw your application. i handle recruitment and we have ways of verifying school records of ALL shortlisted applicants as part of BI.

if your company conducts BI and finds out about your perjury, you'd be immediately dismissed and it'b stay in your 201.

i never lied during interviews. I am too honest that I even admitted to interviewers that communication skills is my greatest weakness.

What were you thinking? nagawa mo to? di mo ba narealize na kailangan ng proof kung nag grad ka ng isang course? (Transcript etc?) Don't tell me pepekein mo din to, it will only get worse.

I did it out of desperation, coz... basta....hehehe i never landed a job because of my real course! luckily, its just a small company.. kaso, after that, parang ayoko nang ituloy, if ever man, papirmahin ako ng contract, d pa naman ako pinapapirma

As others have said, kung "trivial" details lang such as trainings and skills, puede ka pa makalusot.

And believe me, I've heard cases of employees dismissed because of falsifying their info way less in gravity than yours.

well,sa call center un... there, i said it!hehehe i just hope they don't check it and stuff.. since its really not they're priority! (daw) ewan ko ba naman kasi kung bakit may discrimination sa course ko when it comes to call centers... kahit na ba sinasabi nila na "graduate of any course" biased pa rin sila eh... i tried it! believe me, they are

malalaman yan. hindi mahirap i-verify yan.
i'm not in hr, but from what i understand with recruitment professionals, nag-uusap usap yang mga yan. kaya oras na mabisto ka sa isa, huwag kang magtataka kung mahirapan kang humanap ng iba.

Strange though, I was in the call center as an agent when I was still an undergraduate.

Call centers aren't particular with the course, unless you're applying for a specific job that calls for a certain course.

yan resume ko, i got stable job kahit it states na im an undergraduate. Daanin mo sa skills. I resigned last week sa last job ko, but I got another (which is better) this week.

Better honest kaysa lagi kang natatakot mahanapan butas.

Just be honest, kahit mahirap kumuha work, atleast di ka papatayin ng kunsensya mo. Just a tip, expand your skills, skilled person kinukuha ngayun, not just graduates. That's why I have edges when it comes to jobs. Not bragging, just saying the reality.

Yung friend ko, for some reason, dinuktor nya yung resume nya by 'removing' some of his working experinece kasi masyado daw syang over qualified sa mga jobs na gusto nyang pasukan.

I think it is ok to remove some work experience, I know marami diyan kapag 1 month lang sa work at nagresign na, hindi na nilalagay sa resume.

There is a big difference between removing what is there and adding or modifying what is not there.

Yup as what they always say, "honesty is the best policy" ika nga :D Dumarating ang karma sa di inaasahang oras.

Three years ago sobrang hirap din ako makahanap ng work lalo na at undergrad ako nung time na yun.

So I suggest don't give up sa course mo. Good luck and God Bless :)

@ hacksider: nakaka-impress naman resume mo, kahit undergrad ka e nagkaroon ka na ng working experience na related sa course mo :) keep it up!

ganyan ginawa ko http://www.21softs.com/emoticons/images/qqsmallsmilies/005.gif

i removed my previous working experience from my resume kase 2 months *** tapos ang layo sa course na tinapos ko (im an IT grad) sa labas **** ng pinas un kaya d rin nila maveverify sa previous employer ko

i've been TOO honest before kaya madalas d ako nakakapasa sa interviews sa mga target companies ko http://www.21softs.com/emoticons/images/qqsmallsmilies/016.gif although nkakapasa sa exams on companies like azeus, headstrong, dbsoft, etc... after going to several interviews nasanay din ako. alam ko na mga mali ko http://www.21softs.com/emoticons/images/biggrin.gif (hehehe... naisip ko tuloy sana ang inuna kong applyan *** mga companies na ayaw ko para npagpractice-an ko muna interiews nila http://www.21softs.com/emoticons/images/qqsmallsmilies/005.gif )

pero ngyon happy na ko sa current work ko http://www.21softs.com/emoticons/images/biggrin.gif it's a japanese IT company. at eto pa... hindi ako nag-apply sa kanila http://www.21softs.com/emoticons/images/biggrin2.gif i just received a call from them inviting me to take an exam
