exam at chinabank is quite easy naman (unless you have major troubles in english and math). ang problem talaga sa pag-apply sa chinabank ay "bureaucracy", and if yung posisyon na target mo ay maraming nag-aapply.

I walked in at ChinaBank last last week. So nag pass ako ng resume kasama ko friend ko tapos interview kagad. Meron pa kasi kaming appoint ment sa ibang company pero sabi eh 5 mins lang. So we take the interview. Mabilis lang. Pero up to now wala paring reply. I have 6 months working experience and i think ok naman *** resume ko. Matagal ba talaga processing dito? I applied for a Programmer position.

I have a former classmate sa college who worked at Chinabank. After her probationary stay in Chinabank, she resigned. Nag Metrobank (lol). Sabi niya, di daw competitive ang compensation and benefits nila. If you want to work in a bank, try applying international banks first, because they offer the best compensation compared to local banks. If you want to apply in a local bank, try making it to any three of these banks, Metrobank, BPI, or BDO - as these banks have the best compensation and benefits compared to other local banks. Yes Chinabank is from Henry Sy (the biggest shareholder), but that doesn't mean they have the same benefits and compensations from BDO....
