Hello. Has anyone heard of this co.? Ok ba magapply **? Service provider sila ng mga SAP services and they're looking for SAP BASIS Trainee. I was planning sna to pursue a career in IT, actually I was a BSIT grad pero medyo nalihis ako ng path sa Sales. Hehe. Can you give me any advice? Or if you have any suggestion kung san maganda magstart if I or anyone wants to pursue a career in SAP. Would appreciate any reply. Thanks a lot. :)

im a fresh grad and i had an offer from this company as a SAP Basis Trainee. Ok naman ang offer for starters but i declined it. i also have some batchmates who ended up working here. They are currently having a SAP training for six months. Pass lang kayo ng resume to their office.. wala silang exams, interview lang :)

They said that if ever I pass the interview i'll be starting on oct 8. So I guess hiring sila. I think you have to show your enthusiasm para tawagan ka nila. I think lang..

The offer depends on your qualifications, 3 years ang bond namin... mdyo matagal nga pero madmi internal/external trainings. Depending on the requirements of the project, there is always a possibility of being deployed where the client is, be it US, Europe or any other country.

So far so good. 3 days palang kami sa training and medyo fast paced yung pagturo. Day one covered an overview of sap and it's products tapos intro to abap na agad. Day 2 konting exercises sa pag code hehe medyo nosebleed kasi andami **** itinuturo which is a good thing, nag orientation din kme with the german ceo and na discuss yung pag train din sa java tapos XI (exchange infrastructure). Ok naman yung environment, the people are nice and they are not so strict.

@sublimeboy - 10 lang kame na trainees sa adamson center(near citibank bldg), im not sure how long ang duration ng training, they mentioned ksi na ang 2nd phase ng training will be held in december tapos meron pa java and xi training, im not sure when.

@manwolf - hindi po kami allowance, *** actual na salary talaga..smart casual ang attire..facilities..we are using core 2 duo desktop pc's w/ 17" lcd screens, usually sa production pa *** mag issue ng laptops. About sa concern mo kung pede ka matanggal, I think you should not worry much about this since the company will be offering you great career growth opportunities in SAP, I mean there shouldn't be any reason para hindi mo ipasa kung talagang driven ka matuto sa SAP. Once you get hired dapat **** i take advantage mo kasi bihira ang company na mag ooffer ng training ng SAP tapos babayaran ka pa.

@sublimeboy - 5 girls and 5 guys kami sa abap training. What made me join TSFI, well.. for a couple of reasons.

We will not only be trained with the abap workbench, we will also have trainings for java and SAP XI...that certainly would give you global competitiveness and mas marketable ka compared kung abap ka lang.

Sagot din ng company ang mga SAP certifications na gusto mo, all we have to do is send a request tapos sila na bahala for the schedule of your certification with SAP. As for us abap trainees we will have our certifications after our training.

Meron mga internal trainings.

Lastly is travel opportunities..in the next few years mas madami ang kailangan nila na ma i deploy sa ibat ibang countries since tsfi is aggresively expanding and actively acquiring new customers around the world.

you have to really look. i got my chance with supply chain.
supply chain hires you then trains you. you will have a 3 year bond.

marami **** nag oofer.. ako hindi nama hard core exposure sa sap noon pero my mga tumatawag sken..

try mo bayantrade, accenture, Dtsi...

pag aralan mo *** module na gusto mo by downloading materials from the net..

Kung SAP basis ang gusto mo... download ka minisap sa web... pwede ka magpractice ABAP/BAsis dun.. pero *** ibang modules like fi/co, sd... etc.. wala dun..and problem lang mahirap siang madownload.. d ko alam kung may nagsi seed pa sa torrent na un...

tapos.. try mo na mag apply kung confident ka na sa natutunan mo.. wag kang mafrustrate kung hindi mo maintindihan lahat.. ang importante lang **** sa mga companies e my knowledge ka, willing to go extra mile... tapos depende na lang din un kung pano mo mapapa bilib *** interviewer mo...

thanks sa info guys. kasi dati diyan naka pasok iyong friend ko way back 2002 and tumanggap sila ng entry level. very nice ang work exposure niya pero ngayon he left for canada. i'm interested sa FICO module nila kasi accountancy graduate ako. i also took up computer science pero wala ako actual work or coding experience. susubukan ko pang mag apply sa mga companies na tumatanggap ng sap trainees. siguro kahit na sap user pa lang. thanks...

thanks sa info about accenture. I've actually seen their SAP trainee position pero it requires na meron requirement na exposure sa SAP modules. Sana hanggang October pa sana ang hiring kasi may exam pa akong i take. I'll take my chances na lang na sana after October may hiring pa. :)

CSC -> Customer Service Consultant. basically you are the level 1 of the ticket handling process. you receive calls or mails from customers or fellow consultants and create a ticket out of those.

in tsfi, yes meron ka chance to move up to an SAP consultant from CSC. after ilang months or years siguro, depending on your skillset na din or papapiliin ka ng module.

Hi.

I have an interview tomorrow at TSFI. Ang CSC po ba eh walang relation sa programming? Kasi nakalagay po sa job description nila sa JobsDB eh may call center experience at wala talaga nabanggit sa software development.



Zero experience po ako sa SAP at sa Call Center Industry, at although marunong naman ako magconstruct ng proper English through speaking and writing, feeling ko hindi ako imba magsalita ng English as in with the great accents, etc. Kung baga hindi pang-call center ang English ko, pang normal na tao lang na marunong mag-English haha.

Sana may chance po ako na makuha rito kasi sa mga nabasa ko naman eh mukha naman silang cool na company.

Meron pong bond, 2 years. Yung training hindi masyado naidetalye sa akin nung ininterview ko pero around 1 month yata. Sabi sa akin nung Team Leader ng CSC Dep't eh minsan lang ang calls, mostly through e-mail ang communication ng CSC and clients.
