i worked for this company for quite sometime... the reason i left? S-A-L-A-R-Y... hehehe... im a CPA kasi and compared to other companies, mababa ang binigay nilang starting ko dati, but since i always wanted to work for a real estate firm...go ako...

though balita ko ngayon, mataas na daw sila magbigay ng starting... kasi nga madami nag-alisan before because of the same reason... alam ko, nagbibigay na daw sila ng 18K ngayon... pero sobrang galante magbigay ng bonus... last year, umabot sa 4.5 months all in all...

take note, owner is a chinese.... ;)

i applied as a copywriter/writer there. =)
how is the marketing dpt there, is there growth, is the compensation okay, i think the bonus thing is a good sign. =)

i think people in marketing are paid better than those who are in Finance and Admin... i'm not sure about the growth though...

anyway...goodluck on ur application... got any feedback from them yet?

i think it's obvious that the marketing people are the ones who are paid the highest sa mga tulad ng megaworld.

they spend so much money on advertising and those promotional tools and presentations, and wine and dines.

that is after all, how they sell their real estate.

beerhand bop, so sorry not to see the obviousness. there are some real estate companies that dont pay a premium for their salaries, advertising materials dont equal compensatory wages IMHO. hee. :)

dati ako dito.. salary is below 15k, tapos pasok ka *** kng kelan mo gusto pero make sure mareacg mo ang quota in 4 months, minimun un, higher sweldo higer quota,gets? walang tax sa sweldo, pero sa comision meron, malaki. ok ang pera dito, mkaquota ka *** ok **** com mo, dmu na mpapancn *** kaltas, wala kming medical card **. hehe.. un lang, environment---sa sobrang hawak mo tym mo kpag tumagal ka mbbored kna, ngresyn ako kc naicp ko panu kng 2manda ako at hindi mkaquota san na ako ppulutin diba? so un.. hehehe.. u want to apply here ba? pm me if u want.
