i got this email from a Sales Manager of ETON PROPERTIES (she used to handle our account with Serendra when she was still with Ayala):

Position: ACCOUNT MANAGERS

We're offering 3.5% commission (highest comm. in the industry and 2 wks filing only) with P8,000.00 allowance, freebies like; celfones, laptops, out-of-town & out-of-the-country tour, groceries and a lot more.

hmm..parang baba nga allowance.. how much is the salary range of other realty companies for their sales people? how about their other office based positions? do they offer above the industry compensation package?
