eastwood city, libis workers - on commuting

hi, i've recently done an interview with a company in eastwood city and maraming beses na rin in the past. the only way i know of getting there is by cab (i live in tandang sora,q.c.) which is way too expensive. if i get accepted by a company there commuting would be an everyday thing and a cab is not an option tlaga.

i know how to get to aurora blvd via katipunan ave, but is there an fx or jeep from there to libis? how do you get there using public transpo?

thanks in advanced sa mga magrereply. i just need to know the best, safest and cheapest way to get there.

You people in Libis should do some carpooling and charge/pay for it. Tandang Sora-Katipunan-Amang Rodriguez (AKA C5) is a straight drive. One should not be taking 3 to 4 rides just to get from one point to another.

thanks ms bee, although mejo matagal na yung thread na yun things might have changed since then. i hope yung fx sa quezon ave to libis is still there. would anyone know? chaka matagal nga ba mapuno?

i know the cubao route, although di ko pa natry yun. nakikita ko lang sa mga jeep along libis. if i use the mrt malayo pa ba ang lalakarin ko from the station papuntang sakayan? is it safe to walk naman?

ang alam ko meron pa ring FX from quezon ave to libis, may mga nakikita pa rin akong FX dun sa may likod ng mc do eh. :) balita ko medyo matagal daw mapuno iyon.

medyo malayo ang lalakarin mo kung galing ng MRT, sa may ali mall pa yata iyong sakayan papuntang libis diba?

btw. traffic tip. yung u-turn slot sa libis ay nasa magkabilang dulo na. either iikot ka sa ilalim ng katipunan flyover (tama ba?) or dun sa may ortigas. wala na sa gitna. hindi ko alam kung bakit, pero nagulat kami nung isang araw na sarado na lahat ng u-turn slots.

from Tandang Sora sakay ka papuntang Balara, baba ka sa may Commonwealth, then sakay ka ng PUJ papuntang Cubao, baba ka ng Aurora Blvd. cor 15th Ave. then dun din mismo sa binabaan mo e may mga PUJ na Cubao-Rosario.

NOTE: No FX alternatives on ALL routes mentioned. But the route can get you in Libis without much effort, lalo na sa paglalakad. Try this route. :)
