I heard that the employees' net salary is higher than the gross salary of most people in other companies. Pero narinig ko rin na ang gagawin mo ay mag-google lang buong araw.

It's actually Mitchell Madison Group, dito ako work. Malaki talaga sweldo dito hehehe. For the business analyst, dollar rate. Plus flexible working time. Magwork ka lang kung kelan mo gusto anytime of the day as long as matatapos mo work mo. May partner analyst ka taga US and at the end of their day, ipapasa nya yung work sayo. Ikaw din ipapasa mo din di mo matatapos na work sa kanya.
Then yun sabi ni ziggy28 na google buong araw, partly true for the Research Analyst. Kasi basically research nga eh kaya mostly google pero minsan other sites din ibabrowse mo. 9am to 7pm shift ng RA. 10 hours ang shift kasi di naman most of the time may gagawin ka. Then we have Graphics Analysts, 24 by 7 sked nito. 10 hours din. Sagana internet dito,chat, games. Pwede lahat except porn. Hehehe...

MMG is located at Units 1603 and 1604 Prestige Tower Emerald Ave., Ortigas. Actually for Business Analysts and Research Analysts, we don't post advertisements for job openings. Starting from Feb to March every year, we personally go to top universities in the Philippines such as Ateneo, LaSalle and UP Diliman. We are holding a job fair, inviting top graduates of these schools for interviews. The course doesn't matter as long as they have good grades and candidates for honors. But most of the time, we hire graduates of Business Administration, Accountancy and Management Engineering.

As for the other positions, Graphics Analysts, Helpdesk Analysts, Documentation Specialists, we hire people from other universities. As I've mentioned earlier, we dont post job openings. Most people of these 3 positions were from referrals from the employees. No walk-in applications.

Malaki nga ang sweldo sa MMG... Pwede mo pang reimburse ang parking fee mo. Pero syempre with big paycheck comes big responsibility, pwede kang on-call anytime, punta ng office sa gabi para tapusin ang trabaho. Lilipat na sila ng office sa Eastwood.

Well it's true that salary at MMG is big, and the end of year bonus according to our seniors is even bigger (la pa ko 1 year sa firm eh, I started May 2007 after graduating in UP Dil).

Add to the perks is the opportunity of working outside the country (mostly in the US).

Well, big compensation translates to big responsibilities. The firm does not offer formal training as analysts are expected to self learn everything - from technical aspects to client relation etc.

In my 5 months in the firm, I have to say that I learn so many things. Big responsibilities are given to the Analyst from day one. Great work atmosphere since halos magkaka age yung mga tao.

hello sa lahat.just a couple of questions about this company--may age limit ba ang mga tinatanggap na empleyado dito? at isa pa, paano kung hindi ako graduate ng u.p., la salle at ateneo, papansinin pa rin ba ang application ko dito? i get the impression that they only hire people who graduated from those schools. i hope i'm wrong kasi hindi naman nila monopoly mga mauutak sa pilipinas diba? thanks and mabuhay tayong lahat
