Hi all,
I am a Filipino balikbayan (family was formerly based overseas) and need some help/insight on crafting a resume for Filipino employers. In my experience, I have been told to keep my resume short -- one page and highlighting the skills and experience relevant to the position. On the other hand, I have been told by some family and friends that Filipino employers are more impressed by breadth -- longer resumes with all of your experiences, skills, and even your hobbies. How true is this? If this is true, what headings are acceptable to add and how long should I keep the resume?
Thank you!
