What for? Only because it’s exempt from income tax & the Minimum Wage Law (!)

kewl, i saw this BMBE ads last year at quezon city hall. Is this a nationwide thing? im engaged in a business at a first class municipality south of manila (lessor of building), am i qualified to register?
