Ok, i've been suffering from this sickness for about a year and half now.

hindi ko alam itong condition na ito and when i asked my friend na nurse, di rin niya alam so i dismissed it as "lamig" or "hangin" although most medical doctors would believe that there is no such a thing.

paminsan-minsan lang naman siya umatake kapag pagod ako or stressed or sobrang ginaw ng place.

ganito yun: para siyang "lamig" na nagtatravel sa "upper body" ko pag umaatake --yes "it moves" and it is quite painful pag dumadaan sa chest area. imagine nyo na hangin or lamig na unti unting nagpa-pass sa upper portion ng body mo and sometimes nag-i-stay sa one place, like sa chest for about 3-5 minutes at sobrang painful. kapag sa other parts naman, nagna-numb siya at masakit pagkatapos mawala. like last night, it attacked again and nag-pass siya sa chest area, buti nalang uminom agad ako ng water (not cold) and it slowly went away. but after a few hours sa upper back area naman, although bearable ang pain, para naman siyang nag-numb for about a few minutes pagkatapos ng attack.

i am not sure what it is. i want to see a doctor pero hindi ko alam kung anong klaseng doctor at kung ano ang tawag sa medical condition or anomaly na ito. i was trying to seek the internet but i couldn't find any kasi nga, di ko alam ang tawag dito.

at least, kung me haka-haka ang mga docs dito, just give me possible names ng condition at ng ma-research ko kung yun nga ang nararamdaman ko.

do i need to see an internist? anong klase? (heart, lungs, etc?)

salamat sa mga makakatulong.

^Hello. You can go to your family doctor if you like. If necessary, your family doctor can refer you to a specialist.

Please wait for the reply of the physicians.

Consult any doctor. It doesn't necessarily require that you go straight to a specialist at once. If you see your Ob frequently, try to ask her about it so she can examine you thoroughly and can refer you to someone else if needed. Even if we give you a list of medical conditions that may be similar to what you're experiencing, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is what you may have since we don't know your full medical history.

While I commend your efforts to research about your symptoms, it's still in your best interest to consult a doctor and he/she will be the one to determine if what you're experiencing is a known medical condition. We base the description of symptoms based on what patients feel so what one patient describes as "lamig" may be entirely different from another.
