Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

I've had this problem for almost 3 years already. Two weeks after my period, I would bleed as if I have my period again. This bleeding lasts for a day or two. I've consulted OB GYNEs and they've given me medications, of all 4 medicines (Premarin, Dianne Pills, Primolut N, and Nordette Pills) the only one that worked was Premarin. Problem is, I already forgot how to take the pill, when to take it (is it before my period, on the 2nd day, etc.) Also, I would like to know if there's a possibility that it is related to a thyroid problem (which I'm not sure if I have yet).

Please advice.

Hi, Premarin could be given continuously or cyclic (meaning you take it for 21 days then you have a a pill-free week then start again during your menses). I would suggest having another check-up with your OB-Gyne so she can properly assess the cause of your bleeding. Irregular menses are sometimes associated with thyroid problems too.
