i think most of the peeps here(e.g. blakedaddy, bchemist etc) would say it wont work cos of isolation i could be wrong though

Doesn't work. There is no such thing as spot reduction.

I don't see why it wouldn't work when it's just like a supported leg raise. It may not be cost or time efficient and it won't give you abs by itself, but i'm sure it can be part of a whole body workout.

tried sauna belt, bought a roman chair and did other forms of crunches but my tummy didn't shrink. not until i went to the gym and build me some lean muscles and did a few sets of those ab exercises... that's when my jeans started to loosen up... but isolation alone, i don't know it could take forever
