I just want to ask if you're a TL now or an experienced representative, what are the options that you have if you are to choose another job in a different field
(non-call center industry)?
I've been in the industry, in one company, for 3 years and this has been my very first job. I am thinking of shifting careers to another field, perhaps related in my course in college. However, I know it's going to be a little tough since my degree is not in any way related to my job experience.
How tough do you think it is especially that you are starting to realize that you're being promoted and all.
