Guys, Ano ba different ng Average English Comm, Above Average English Comm. and Excellent English Comm. Skills? 'Coz i've wondering if there's an opening for a call center and indicates that they need "EXCELLENT or STRONG ENGLISH" communication skills it means NO Fillers, Great Accent, Fluent, Diction and Pronunciation. That's why i take chance to apply those BPO that indicates average english comm skills for the reason na baka they are giving chance na matrain yung mga aspiring or NO CC experienced. Especially I'm an engineering grad and most of us are not expressive in english communication. sabi nga ng iba... " Pag Solve-in mo na kami ng isang oras using math wag lang pagawin ng 1 English Paragraph :D "..

Can anyone of you guys recommend a BPO that does'nt have high standard in English SKills.. I also prefers a TSR position. thanks!

I will recommend you first to undergo a call center training program. Try mo sa informatics.

Hi there,

If you want you can check our website www.englishlink.com. We are an online English school. It's very affordable, only Php 1750. We also have partnered with Sutherland and GLobal Sky Communication Center, so you can go to them for an interview after you finish with your lesson and pass the Certification Test.

Hope this helps!

Well, I have an engineering degree, but I am here in the call center industry for quite a long time now. So, it means that you have a chance...Ü

Hi there,

If you feel that you are not that confident with your speaking, it is best to go through a program that will teach you the basics in grammar. I recommend that you visit our website:www.englishlink.com

We have partnered with callcenters which means that after you are certified you may go to our partners for an interview.

Be competitive. Be hired.

Hope this helps!

Don't know if this is related; maybe somewhat. Anyway, it's a rather fun test to see if you speak as Dixie or Yankee: http://www.angelfire.com/ak2/intelligencerreport/yankee_dixie_quiz.html Surprisingly, I am more Dixie (Southern, for those who aren't sure what it means).

apply ka sa john clements. free communication skills training doon kapag na-meet mo yung minimum grade sa oral assessment and other interviews nila. kakatapos lang ng neighbor namin mag training and she's now lined up for an interview sa isa sa mga call center client ng john clements

actually, this post alone will give you an idea kung ano difference between Average English Comm, Above Average English Comm. and Excellent English Comm. Skills.

this is average.

if you can manage to spot 2 or more grammatical errors sa post na to, starting from different hanggang sa prefers, means above average ka.

if you can manage to spot 14 or more grammatical errors, it means excellent ka.

if you're referring to oral comm skills, cant help you out with that. talagang sanayan lang yan at madedevelop mo sa prod floor. kelangan mo maging conversational lalo na gusto mo tsr. avoid tagalog shows, mag marathon ka ng u.s. tv shows hahah tsaka cnn. laking tulong nun. as for bpo na hanap mo, magpaenrol ka na nga lang muna as suggested above. gusto ko to: be competitive. be hired. hahah ***** ko lang narinig to. yun nga lang, gagastos ka talaga, think of it as an investment.

*okay*

mag marathon ka ng u.s. tv shows
*okay*

this actually works!

pick your favorite canned TV show. kahit Family Guy pa yan.

The results are remarkable, especially when, at the end of a 24-episode marathon, you start relating yourself to the characters and feeling like you're part of the show. The lines and conversations keep ringing in your head. *okay*

siguro practice lang ang kailangan mo to improve your communication skills...tama yung sinabi ng ibang pexers na try to watch american tv shows para lalo kang mahasa....o kaya try mo rin mag-enroll sa mga nagbibigay ng communication skills training...*okay*
