there is a daylight email shift. you need to inform the recruitment specialist you prefer that, although it really depends on the result of your assesment. the account where you want to transfer should have a need to ramp up before you can transfer

yes. it is a performance based company, no reward for callcenter experience but how you perform once you start... thats why the perf bonus is up to 100%
