The difficulty would vary depending on the person. yes, there are those who found it hard, but for those who passed, it was doable. i'd recommend you going through the process to actually know. its only you who can assess how it really is.

di naman sa pag yayabang pero i found the test very easy. been to tests with some other call centers like sykes, client logic, etel, ict, daksh and latest 24/7 and relatively easy naman. *okay*

final interview ang kinakakaba ko :eek:

question po sa mga batch 1 na nag start last january. regular na ba kayo? may appraissal ba? sabi kasi sakin dati kaya daw malaki offer jan kasi magkaka appraissal ka lang pag na-promote ka. 22o ba un?

Yup, just waiting for the regularization docs.

There is appraisal for salary increase but it would happen first quarter of next year, just as what HR has informed us would happen.

It's NOT true na kaya malaki ang offer dahil magkaka raise lang pag na promote.

it varies kc depende sa experience mo. sympre pag tsr mas mataas. batsa sure yan, mataas ang 247 than the industry average.

yung 30-days applicable lang yun kung di ka pa nakaresign - para makapagrender 30 days ka sa office mo...

yung 1-day process depende kse sa number of applicants in a day... kung maaga ka at swerte mo - 1 day lang... pero gawin ko nang example yung sa friend ko, 2 days kse sa kanya...
day 1 (wednesday)
09:00 AM - initial interview, bale group interview sya tas may kasama na atang written exams, basta may pinasagutan (note: csr inapplyan nya, dunno kung same sa tsr)
12:45 PM - cbt
day 2 (friday)
09:00 AM - final interview (depende kse ata kung kelan available yung interviewer or kung may available slot)

heard about those new LOBs for Optus... all now hiring. Non-voice customer service and customer service with back-end support. Sounds like a nice break for those handling voice-support for a quite a while now. tech support is a dream already coupled with the 24/7 Culture... and now non-voice?! coolness :D

mukhang di na ganon ka taas ang offer nila sa mga tsr. nag apply ako kanina. job offer ko di lumagpas ng 20k eh.. with allowances na yun ha. galing ako Hewlett Packard account for almost a year, not to brag pero wala pa sa 1/4 ng ginagawa namin sa HP yung sa TWC so hindi din siguro nila bini-based sa experience sa callcenter ang salary range (agent level).

medyo nakka disappoint pero try ko na rin mukhang ok ang mga overall ugali ng mga employee dito hindi pa sosy epek trying hard rich kids hipocrites.. nakka walang gana mag trabaho pag ganon lagi mo makkita eh :( heheh sa previous cc work ko medyo ganon at gloomy ang environment, sobra pa barat ng company.

medyo nakka disappoint pero try ko na rin mukhang ok ang mga overall ugali ng mga employee dito hindi pa sosy epek trying hard rich kids hipocrites.. nakka walang gana mag trabaho pag ganon lagi mo makkita eh :( heheh sa previous cc work ko medyo ganon at gloomy ang environment, sobra pa barat ng company.

depende rin kc yun sa tao why they transferred to 247. iba, for salary (baka sobrang baba talaga sa old center nila), iba dahil dito yung friends nila, iba because they've heard good thing about the company...kanya kanya talaga yan.

I heard open padin yung post for back-end support. Yun, interesting din kc non-voice for 6 months tapos day shift voice support naman after that.. Dun sa mga gusto ng voice support pero gusto din munang magpahinga sa calls, aba, customer care rep with back-end support is definitely a hit.

Hey TWC people…TWC finished its primetime celebrations! Did any of you get the prizes? So far, heres what I remembered on the stuff they gave out - Nintendo Wii, Sony Psps, Magic Sing, Ipod Nano, Laptops, Xbox 360, Sony Ps3, Itouch, Ipod Nano, LCD TV w/ DVD player. *okay*

Sayang, wala ko napanalunan. But whats good about this is that outperformers are recognized based on several client targets. That gives you more reason to work hard especially for me since I want my own PSP!:bop:

My friend's a graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering (BSECE) in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). He recently worked as a Level 1 Technical Solutions Specialist, that's equivalent to TSR, for Siemens Business Services under a Laptop Account. He was there for three months from April until the end of June. They receive international calls and fix their laptop issues. They usually receive the calls as transfers from the Level 0 agents after they've figured out that the concern is technical in nature. Issues revolve in three aspects which are Software, Hardware and Networking.

He wants to work for 24/7. I hope you can help him out.

Based on what you posted, your friend is qualified for the tsr position.
My suggestion is, he can drop by at MJ plaza, Mondays thru Fridays, from 8 am to 5 pm.. Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm.

there's an opening dito pero i heard sa oct pa *** batch na yun. Yung back subjects mo ba during 2nd yr ba yun? if not, you're still eligible to apply. Mag walk-in ka na lang para mabilis, just make sure to indicate your preferred post (financial services rep) sa registration sheet. Hope this helps.*okay*

Nagpunta ako sa 24/7 para magtrabaho at hindi para matulog.. Kahit na mdaling araw start ng shift ko, ayos lang.. ganun **** pag call center eh. pero, nageexpand pa naman ang 24/7, so alam ko ginagawan n yan ng paraan ng ating facilities team.

im sure narinig nyo naman sa news yung isang supervisor sa callcenter (sa isang callcenter sa Ortigas) na pinaslang sa taxi, dis oras ng madaling araw, nilaslasan ng leeg, tinapon sa isang damuhang parte ng Rizal. iintayin pa ba nating mangyari yun dito? pwede naman kasi imbes na nagtatravel ka at nagririsk ka ng buhay mo kasi madaling araw nga ang pasok natin, eh umiidlip ka na lang muna kahit sa isang maliit na kwartong may tulugan before your shift? tama ba ko? :bop::)

sana ang pag eexpand na yan, SOONER than LATER. kung pwedeng SOONEST, mas MAIGI. :)

ikaw ata taga Makati ka lang eh, pero kahit pa. Mahirap ang buhay ngayon hindi lang dito, kundi sa buong mundo, baka hindi mo alam. *peace*

There's a workaround on this. you can ask your TL to request for a break adjustment. It's that easy.

There are a lot of good things that can be said about 24/7. I also find the break skeds unfair and unpractical, pero maliit na bagay lang yan. isang PM lang sa workforce ang katapat niyan.

Insular Site - You go down at Ayala Station. You ride a jeep at Shell Forbes (Washington ang sign). Then baba ka ng Paseo De Roxas. Makikita mo na *** Insular Bldg.

RCBC Site- You go down at Buendia Station. You ride a jeep or FX going to LRT Buendia. Tapos baba kna ng RCBC mismo. Tatawid kna lang.

MJ Plaza Site - This is where our HR is. Same lang papuntang RCBC site. Kaso medyo mahaba lalakarin mo. Once you go down at RCBC, go to Valero St. May makikita kang Mcdonalds.. lalakad kpa ng onti. Pag may nakita kang color red na mga poste na madaming nag yyosi sa labas, yun na yon! :D

kaya ***** sila umaalis.. eh kasi na re realize na nila how bulok the system is... 247 is only good at throwing parties pero pag handle ng valuable people, sobrang bulok. look at what happened to MOST of its pioneers. Buti na lang nakaalis nako jan....

Fresh graduates of a 4 or 5 year Businees related or IT related courses are welcome, not more than 24 years old are welcome.. This is actually for those who haven't worked for any call centers yet.


Undergrad, completed atleast 2 yrs in college with no back subjects in 2nd year college, are welcome, just make sure that you have atleast 3 months call center experience (TSR) and 6 months call center experience for CSRS.

my teammate is a graduate of HRM and she's a tech support rep like me. i heard there're also nursing grads and others. minsan undergrad din. it all boils down to training and experience on the floor. experience is the only cure for a rookie.

24/7 Accepts applicants without any call center experience provided that they are college graduates of any business or it related courses, not more than 24 years of age--

Now, if you're not 24 years old and below, you should have atleast 6 mos international call center experience for CSRS and atleast 3 mos for TSRS

GUYS! may open pa ba for TSR? *** pa ko exp as TSR pero nag CSR na ko for 6 mos. (BS IT GRAD AKO) Natanggap kasi ko recently sa 1 call center for TSR kaso daw nag back out yung client kaya converted kami as CSR>>

hi, walked in na ko kanina..well mas mabilis nga went there 9:30am had my interview at 10:15am...took the exam at 12:45pm, passed the exam and asked to be back for final interview on friday 4:20pm. yung iba ko kasama kanina din final interview ***** kasi CSR post apply nila. ako TSR eh...any advice guys? I am a comp. sci. grad no TSR exp...CSR lang (1yr and 9mos). what if ndi ako makapasa for TSR pwede kaya ako for CSR? advice naman po dyan may mga technical questions po ba? :)

if you are in AYALA Ave. baba ka ng RCBC Bldg. lakad ka konti sa likod po ng RCBC may makikita ka MCDO...Valero St. malapit na sya sa MCDO pag may nakita ka sa labas ng bldg na madami nag yoyosi... 24/7 na yun, hehehe. For Hiring Process na post ko na po :) much better if punta ka ng morning mga 9am :)
