It's a night shift account. Program starts January of next year but they are already processing agents for the pioneer batch. I have heard great reviews about this call center that's why I applied and got hired as the 4th agent in the batch. As to the pay, I'm very happy with what they have given me - P23,500!!!!
This call center looks very promising. I just applied yesterday - and in 5 hours, I got hired. Yung kasabay ko nga, re-application (didn't make it 6 months ago) siya. He tried his luck again kasi sabi niya he really wants to work for 24/7 Customer kasi yung mga friends niya na nakapasa before ang saya daw nila and talagang they promise what they deliver.
I haven't started yet pero sabi nung recruiter ko, If I refer, I get GCs na daw agad. Galeng!:)

hey guys! pa join! i've been working with 24/7 for quite some time now but in a different account. what i can tell you is that they have great people and great leadership. iba culture dito compared to other call centers!
San ka nakakita ng presidente ng company na namasyal sa floor at kinakamusta ka!
This one, most of you will like - very very minimal or even none at all salary dicrepancy. if there are, changes are made in the next payout. san ka pa! minsan nga, 2 days maaga mo pa nakukuha ang sweldo mo!
If ever you get to join this company, esp now that they are hiring for a pioneer batch for a tech account, the opportunities would be big.

To any employee of 24/7:
Hi. I was called in for an interview, but at that time, I said that I would want a job with shifting sched (probably 5am-2pm) because I want to study by next year, but still be a part of Recruitment Team. I was interviewed by Karl from Recruitment. However, recent developments made me reconsider. Would you guys know his number? I'd like to reactivate my application with 24/7. BTW, is this a multinational company?

I have been a tech agent for almost 2 years. The recruitment people are all friendly and they tell you what to expect - looks like magaling ang management team kasi everyone knows what needs to be done. I also get a 3K allowance on top of my basic pay
I dont think that the rate they gave me is high because im part of the pioneer team - kasi what i heard even with their dayshift account, mataas silang magpasweldo
Go and apply na para we can be wavemates!:)

Dec 8, 2007, 01:20 AM
its DSL account - not Verizon - its Time Warner. This US based company is working with 3 centers Convergys, Teleperformance and 24/7 Customer - I have tried applying with the 3 call centers and among the 3, it was 24/7 customer who offered the best rate
Good rin and HMO package nila and leaves benefit - they even have EL (emergency leaves). also, alaga ka ng recruiter - they provide all the answers to their questions. hanggang ngayon nga my recruiter gets in touch with me to check how things are
Sabi nila this program will grow daw and initially they will hire external non-agent positions pero after 3-4 months, lahat internal na. Since wave 1 ako - i have higher chances to be promoted as long as I perform daw. Gusto ko na nga mag start eh
boundaryless
Dec 8, 2007, 01:22 AM

evuhlprincess. Most likely you'll be wave 1 pa rin. I believe that they'll be at least 2 waves that would start training almost at the same time - both being batch 1.

thanks boundaryless.. id probably go there this tues.. what time should i be there so it would be a one day process? as early as 8? and if ever i would be hired, would i still be part of the wave 1? are a lot of peepz applying for this technical position? i would like to know my chances of being hired..
startrekker
Dec 10, 2007, 02:08 AM
archerific, yes and inboud tech calls. Mahirap in terms of what? It won't be difficult if you would enjoy the whole process. In my opinion, mahirap for those who don't speak conversational English, not good at grammar and spelling and and those who are not computer literate. It would be best if you have ISP tech knowhow.
Karr - Best time for a one day process would be as early as 8:30 AM. Most likely you'd still be with the pioneer batch as someone was hired Thursday afternoon and is with the pioneer batch and yes, there are lots of peepz applying for the position based on my observation, so hurry if you want to belong.
In my case there were 2 interviews a computer based exam and an another one to test your listening skills.
Chances of getting hired? Well it's all up to you, how well you do during the interview and the tests and your qualifications. You need to experience it yourself. Good luck.

Dec 11, 2007, 10:50 PM
personally, im glad that the hiring process is stringent kasi it shows talaga that they are the best performing center.
Sabi rin sakin - they get skilled agents na kasi when they grow - they build from within. According to my recruiter, yung day program daw nila after a few months, lahat ng non-agent requirements sa operations came from the agent pool and that is the same plan for their technical agents.
Mahaba rin ang training period nila - so, i guess they really invest a lot in making sure the agents are ready to take the calls.
Droc - there are 6 agents coming from my current cc. we are all starting jan 16 pero marami daw ang mag start on that day. Happy rin ako kasi i will get 5,000 for each referred agent. Yipeee!
Mabilis rin sila mag-process - just text the name to your recruiter, tatawagan nila agad.

oh, sabi *** sakin ng recruiter ko, we have an orientation like a week before our start date. that gives all the new hires an idea of the company plus the nature of the account. okay nga kc if you have questions, 24/7 has a way for everyone in the class to ask their concerns. at least you know that they are very supportive.

i have been hearing lots of good reviews about 24/7, i hope they are not flash in the pan call center or a fly by night company. I feel like im being tempted to move there, i don't know but i feel excited everytime i read posts and stories about 24/7, i am with IBM Daksh and been with this company for 2 years now, i know it will be a gamble to leave my present employer just to go to 24/7. My uncle even jokingly said 'what 24/7? is that the convenience store?' Now the question is will it be worth it to leave IBM Daksh and go for 24/7? IBM has 12SL and 12VL a total of 24 Leaves, Life Insurance, maxicare extended to the family. All these are given on the 1st day of your job, meaning you do not need to wait for 6 months. Do I get the same benefits if i move to 24/7? Please help me decide what are the pros and cons.

its DSL account - not Verizon - its Time Warner.

Naku Dminotaur, what things are of most interest you about 24/7?
I find 24/7s HR and trainors very friendly, open, transparent, accomodating, they credit salaries 15th and 30th (not 31st) as some do. If that day falls on Monday, Saturday or a Sunday, you'll get it on a Friday.
Most I like about it - leaves
I was given 16 VLs + 10 SLs and 5 ELs - that's a lot more than my previous center - and they encourage you to take these - 24/7 values work-life balance.
There a lot more, do good sa final interview and good luck.

There are only 3 stages in the process. The first is the initial interview - they check your communication skills. Next stage is computer based test - measures your technical skills and validation of your communications skills. Last is the final interview - to check your interest level and see if you are fit for the job.
I suggest that you go through the process coz the recruiters are all friendly and they will surely assist you in any of your questions or concerns.

Exams and interview would be a breeze if you have a little technical ISP background, Internet savvy, know how to use the PC, good listening skills, good at grammar, pronunciation and good thought organization.
To answer randy_orton's question about training. We're on our product/client specifics. Fairly easy to moderate and has been fun. Trainors and their 'higher-ups' are all friendly, encouraging and extremely supportive and highly motivated.
Who can one not be motivated if your environment is good and plus the more than average pay grade.

ExtremeRide69 - Work stations are brand new, you get to have your own workstation as of now, decorate is as you please, everything is new. Ambience? In a scale of 1-10, 10 being the ideal, I'd say an 8. Training environment is 9.

nag t-take kana ba ng calls? queuing po ba? or may petiks mode din... hehehh
panu sa sched, permanent ba? or nag papalit ng shift after 2wks or a month? kelan malalaman sched? employed pa kasi ko, sana same sched din bigay sakin 7, 8, or 9pm
30% ba night diff?

ok lang ba ** kung graduate ka ng 3 year technical course instead of a regular 4 year course?
startrekker
Feb 5, 2008, 07:56 PM
ExtremeRide69, we have not taken any calls yet. I'll get back to you about the sched. Highest pay rate I know is 23.5 basic plus 3k in allowance. Allowance is non taxable, Night diff is 20%.
New_mamon. Okay lang even if its a 2 year tech course but need at least 6 month's of tech call center experience.

best_damn_thing, I'm not sure if you have asked the question to the other thread about the CS salary.

But I can safely say it is lower than the tech accounts' given the same experience.
Do you mean covered sa medical insurance? You need to enroll your wife and 2 kids with minimal fee debited every pay day (should be around 200 pesos or less for the three of them).

requirement ba ** na u have a clearance from your last employer?
well, just a nice twist when i applied yesterday. i'm from cvg and i thot walang ibang tiga cvg na magaaply. to my surprise, pagtwag sa akin sa testing, there were at least 6 of us cvg folks there, ka-acct ko pa mandin!!!
looks like even the folks from the 'sikat' centers are all moving in here. also met folks from accenture, ps, and other centers here.
also heard a lot of dell peeps were lining up for the tech acct. mukhang eto na ang THE CENTER for those of us fed up w/ traditional cc's.

This is a US based account, so it's a possible night shift work. For the pay, they offered me 25k + 3k allowance and 20% night diff it depends on the applicant's experience for the basic.

The TSR account will eventually operate 24 hours. Agent salary usually ranges between 18k-25k, but I guess you will be given a higher basic depending on your experience.
To those interested, you may visit our office at 106 Valero St, MJ Plaza. It's near Mc Donalds Valero. :)

Training is sooo easy, you'll be surprised at the scope of support - how easy it is. You have to 'see to appreciate'. :)
Trainers are excellent, friendly, very supportive, open.
