My brother works for LTP. Mekaniko rin. He graduated from PATTS then took his OJT sa LTP, then ngayon, permanent employee na siya dun. :)

Hmm.. I've always thought kailangan engineer ka para makawork ka dito, kasi you'll be handling airplane repairs and stuff like that hindi naman sila papayag na just because you were an OJT puwede ka na magmekaniko ng eroplano. Siguro depende din sa work na gagawin mo, pero kung dun ang gusto mo I expect mekaniko ng eroplano nga ang gusto mo

i'm interested kc in working sa field lalo n sa aviation industry nga lang computer engineering grad ako. i tried to submit an online application sa ltp.com.ph ata un for training program nila but *** website nila is not 100% working n...*** nasayang *** oras ko sa pgfillup ng online application form nila...*** mgcoconcentrate n lang ako sa IT industry...

Ex LTP ako... Maganda benifits sa LTP, salary is also good...
I don't know trainings for IT, because LTP is an aviation company. When aviation related training ,well superb.

If you have background on Oracle / SAP / SQL / PL, definitely an advantage..

A DBA is a sure player
