eREP in PLDT

i have an english training program with ePLDT, its for 6 weeks. does anybody knew if this training is compensated or with allowance? give me an advice if i will pursue my career in pldt as CSR or should not. *** kc akong idea s pldt kung ok ba *** interms of salary & benefits. pls help me.

If you're with Ventus or Parlance (I'm not sure if ePLDT has other call centers since I'm no longer part of it), then yes. You'll be paid for ESL and product training and it wouldn't be just an allowance, you'll get the actual pay with 30% night diff, allowances and all.

In terms of salary and benefits, I can say that ePLDT is one of the best. In my 1.5 years stay, I cannot recall disputing any salary; their medical benefits and the annual appraisal is also better than what most call center offers.

Plus, the ESL program is really REAAALLLLLLLYYYYYYY good! And the parties and company events are absolutely lavish! *okay*

hi there! :) yes, the salary is good, since you are taking the ESL for sure you are to receive an international cc rate.

benefits are ok, coops and everything pag regular ka na and medical benefits are wayyy better than any health cards. ID mo lang kahit saan kang hospital na accredited ng PLDT pa magpunta semi private room ka na...

hi! any feedback on how toxic the work environment and the csr account itself, is? (either in parlane or ventus) can you give a rating from 1 to 5? >>>
1- pa easy-easy lang
2- stressful but very manageable
3- stressful sa dami ng irate callers, haggard na pero worth the pay
4- toxic na -- agawan sa stations, dami irate callers, "crazy" sups, pero kaya pa naman pagtyagaan coz of the pay
5- extremely toxic -- everything on the toxic list but 5x worse; halos inhumane na ang experience that the pay is not worth the job you're doing

meron ako kilalang agent nagenglish training sila for 6 weeks sa epldt parlance bayad yun kung sa jupiter ka. pag ka ganon malamang outbound campaign ka kasi yung mga kinukuha sa inbound di pinagtraining ng ganun katagal sa english at kadalasan pinapadala sa libertad mandaluyong kasi wala outbound sa makati.

ang alam ko 4 weeks ang training for am-speak
then 3 weeks ata sa product training

sabi ng friend ko, nagtaas daw yung salary sa Epldt. pag inbound rep ka, dun ka sa makati. pag outbound and tech, sa libertad mandaluyong.

meron pa sila sa the fort, yung vocativ.iba-iba accounts dun. pero sa makati and libertad, purely satellite tv account.

OK naman daw dito,complete salary sa training. less ang politics at talagang maganda ang training at management. pero yung account medyo mahirap daw sa simula, pero pag tumagal kayang kaya na.

I worked for ePLDT nung year 2005, Account is dishnetwork, dalawa pa lang centers nun, *** sa jupiter at sa the fort sa my taguig, *** sa taguig is outbound. *** sa jupiter is pure inbound. wala pa tech support nun. OK ang Training. Very competitive, un nga lang my cash bond that time ewan ko lang now? very memorable *** training, masaya, c mondo(mon castro) *** pinsan ni rico yan *** trainer namin sa ampeak. Just enjoy the training dude! ok sya.

i was offered a salary of p8thou for the smart prepaid account, what i did i turned it down syempre.sobra namang mababa yun nasa minimum ba yun..

starting is

12000 sa mga la experience but sa meron i don'n know pwde ata pag usapan. :)

mebond daw pero di naman ata sinusunod never pa daw nagkaron ng ganung story.

re:training

the best training masaya and take note they'll give you your chance but pag di parin nakapasa they'll let you go but me bayad yun. libre training pasok na yun sa salary mo.
