What can you say about recruitment firms in general?
Some of them are like agencies who ask for deduction of salary and a non direct hiring and some are just bridges to the direct hiring company who do not deduct nor ask any fees from their applicants.
What are the well known recruitment firms that you know?

John Clements looks like one of the top recruitment firms -- i tried applying as csr for shell shared services here. unfortunately, i didn't pass. strict kasi ang shell sa tenure, eh medyo di ako nagtagal sa previous jobs ko so ayun, bokya haha. the process: initial interview then written exams. interview uli, but that's where they told me hindi ako pwede for shell hehe. hanggang dun lang inabot ko haha.

John Clements is the most well known recruitment firm in the country today.
I applied at Genpact directly and a personnel from John Clements is the who assist me. We have the interview first and then she turned me over to an employee of Genpact for phone screening and I failed the test. These is an example of how prominent John Clements is, they have correspondents on some of their clients as if they are employees of the company and working as their recruitment officers.
Well how bout the other recruitment firms. Do they have these type of working relation with their clients?
