not really, i guess its safe to say that no other existing industry can compete pagdating sa compensation, pero ibang usapan na ang benefits.. tsaka linawin lang natin, iba ang compensation sa benefits, at sa pagkakaalam ko, isang benefit yung "13th, 14th and so on month pays".. benefits are given at the discretion of the company..

varian1, i must say, some industries can REALLY compete... what you might mean is that at the average (meaning rank and file, top execs, middle managers), better pay ang CCs and BPOs. but then again, for MNCs, di naman sila nagbobother with "so-so" applicants.

IBM Business Services has 14th month pay but i didn't accept the offer since the basic was pretty low but the benefits seems nice.

Pag mataas ok na ang 13th month, pag mababa halos abut pa ng 21 months dyan, a very low salary talaga at mga bangko yun at ang isa isang telecom company.

before, globalstride has 14 month pay given middle of the year. hindi ko lang alam ngayon. accenture has 14 month pay too.

Not surprised that Deutsche Bank can pay that big. It's not unusual for big US and west European financial institutions to pay 30-40K/month for back office staff.

common mistake ng mga pinoy esp peeps in the call center industry na tawagin ang 13th month as a "bonus" and/or as a "benefit"...13th month pay is not a bonus/benefit simply bec it's required in our law that all rank and file employees, regardless of status, who have worked for at least one month are entitled to receive 13th month pay....*** mga 14th, 15th month, yun ang matatawag na bonus/benefit kse discretion na ng employer un.
