Can I ask po what is the salary of a Level I Software Engineer? Lalo na po *** fresh grad who will undergo training.

Eugene_Rosete
Apr 24, 2008, 11:13 PM
Hi fearless_wiz,

Salary depends on how you performed on our exam and on the interview, especially if you are a fresh grad. That's all I can say about the salary. There are no specific amounts on salaries.

:)

Eugene_Rosete
Apr 24, 2008, 11:18 PM
Update:

We are now finalizing the list for our second batch of trainees. Training will start on May for our lucky new engineers. :)

Right now, we will entertain more on applicants for the Level II, Senior, and Principal SE.

For those who want to apply for the Software Engineer I position (fresh grad or otherwise), we are still accepting applicants. However, please note that if ever you are hired, your starting date will be around August (the start of our 3rd batch of training).

Is there no chance na po ba para makahabol dun sa 2nd batch po ng training?

Eugene_Rosete
Apr 25, 2008, 11:33 PM
I'm sorry but the 2nd batch is already complete. Also, a 3rd batch is still pending. There's too many entry level engineers for the senior and principal engineers to mentor after the 2nd batch is done.

So right now, we are only looking for Senior and Principal Software Engineers, experienced ASP.Net Web Developer, and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineers. Please see previous post for their requirements.

I like to be prepared. Any assistance in this area will be certainly most appreciated.

The products that will be tested are the software programs that were developed for our clients like cable companies that are used for your Video On Demand system and Ad Insertion system. Most of these are Windows apps, and some are web-based. All our softwares have communication with hardware.

Kaycee_16,
Application process goes like this: general and technical exam, HR interview, technical interview, and then interview with our senior director. I'm sorry but I can't give any salary details, but rest assured we give more than the average amount in the industry, as we want to attract more people to join us.

^ As far as I know, yes iiwan lang ang resume then you'll wait for HR to call you if ever you'll be qualified for the position you are applying for. But don't quote me on this one kasi hindi rin ako sigurado.

I think it would be better (and will save you time/money as well) if you'll just send your CV to the e-mail address provided on the first page of this thread. Ito eh suggestion lang naman. But if you still want to drop by and have a glimpse of the office, you are welcome to do so. :)

Ok...thanks a lot for the advise.

I was just checking jobsdb and i saw your job openings there. I see that you are looking for Call Queue Monitors as indicated on this link http://www.jobsdb.com.ph/PH/EN/Job.asp?R=JDBP122159199

Is this the same as a workforce analyst (or a resouce administrator in some call centers)? I'm a workforce analyst for a technical account in a call center and I'm interested in applying for this position, however I'm an undergrad, so can I still apply for the job provided that I do have the experience for this type of job?

Hi Crusnik,

Yes you may be qualified for that position, provided you have at least 2 years experience. If you do, then just send your resume to me.
