We would like to grow the call center industry/BPO here in the Philippines to produce more jobs for our fellow Filipinos.And to help our economy as well.Kaso pano kung palipat lipat *** ang mga empleyado.Walang mangyayaring growth.For me ang sagot *** jan is RETENTION. What will make u stay sa company mo? Ano ang hinahanap mo? And help that you need?

hindi siguro maiiwasan yung magpalipat lipat dahil speaking for myself, bakit nga ba tayo nasa industriyang ito? hindi ba para magkapera while waiting for the "next big thing" in our lives? peace lang tayo..

I am currently working in a call center, it's my first job and has been working there for 3 years now. The reason I chose to stay is because of growth and opportunity. However, I am contemplating on transferring to another one because of the pay. It's not commensurate to the responsibilities that I have right now.

Yeah I think so too. And yeah I'm waiting for that next big thing... but right now I'm contemplating what if this is the big thing? :D I'm open to anything, isa pa ang bait ng TLs dito e. At crush ko pa yung isa he he ;)
