You want Day Shift? Learn another Asian Language, like Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa or Thai. Sa IBS puro dayshift ang mga Asian support. 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM.

You can also try applying for IBS and request day shift. Ang pagkaalam ko, dayshift requires college grad. Most of their dayshift jobs are backoffice people supporting HR services to clients.

I stayed for 6 months at citibank.. australian account. super dali ng job. super petiks. super bait ng tao + unlike ibang center desente ang mga officemates ko. I remember pinapalampas lang ang pagiging late ko and walang dress code I can wear my mini skirts and flip flops to the office, plantsa my hair while doing calls minsan my officemate pa before minamanicure ako. Puro yosi break kahit walang paalam sa TL. Sa lahat ng center na pinuntahan ito talaga gusto ko. Sana nga di nalang ako umalis.

Hi! I've been wanting to apply in 24/7, but the problem before was, I wasn't a graduate, though I already have 2 years of experience as a call center agent. I went back to school, and just graduated last March of this year. I really want to apply for this company now. I just want to know if it's possible to apply as a QA? I don't have any QA experience yet, but being an agent for 2 years already gave me a background of what the position asks for.
