Dell Accounts Pull Out News!!!

I heard that Dell will pull out their accounts on most call center companies here in the Philippines that handle their business. According to what I've heard,it will start early next year. Only SITEL will have Dell until 2015. Do you know about this?....Because i heard this straight from my OM's ....

You are correct coyotedell!. Dell will remain their badge sites,but they will retain SITEL and i think its Telus. SITEL will handle all LOB's Technical Support and I think Telus will handle Sales and Customer Care. Are u from Dell coyotedell?

I forgot what CAG stand for but if memory serves me right it's
Customer advocacy group or somewhere near that.

Etelecare is no longer handling dell home and consumer accounts AFAIK, this is not new news to them. They're concentrating on the business accounts which accdg to them is more stable

Dell is ramping up its accounts on teletech , mostly teletech na lang ang matitirang dell OSP sa CTS , there is a CTS na open sa ibang bansa under teletech. Regarding sa Etelcare , malabong matanggal ang Dell sa Etel ( Relationship ) kc maganda stats nila.

Etel Alabang will be transformed to DELL SMB(no more CBG)!!! Etel Libis will start their Dell On Call and XPS support by January 2008

Next year din may balak na maging CBG and DELL QC , papalitan na nila ang SMB. On going na ang training ng Etel DOC ngayon. Isang pinoy at isang scottish ang trainer. Yung iba ata taga Pasay.

may relationship pa rin ang Dell sa mga outsourcers dito...iba iba lang. sa Telus mawawala ang CTS, DHS at SMB pero may Sales and DFS pa rin sila. eTel *** na ang CTS pero may SMB, DOC and XPS pa. si Sitel may CTS pa rin. Ang pinakabago ay Teletech na CTS pa rin ang hawak...

Actually Dell will renew its contract with SITEL until 2015 for CTS account. Maganda kc stats ng SITEL eh. Dell is considering SITEL as the best OSP for their CTS accounts. ;)

Absolutely correct...pang_gulo!are you from Sitel or Clientlogic before. Kaya nga pinapirate ng Siemens ang mga Dell Tech from Sitel..Pagdating sa Siemens,TL agad or L2 ang position...laki agad sahod. Kawawa Sitel- Dell Account kc gngawang training ground ng mga agents,then after 6-months or 1 year,aalis din yung agent para mag-apply sa ibang Tech Support kc kung galing kang Sitel at Dell Account ka,mataas anf offer. Yung mga Coaches sa Dell badge,karamihan dyan galing sa amin...Proud to be SITEL-DELL
