Is Genpact pirating HSBC and JP Morgan employees?

Balita ko sa blog ni callcentervet (http://www.callcenterveteran.blogspot.com/) eh Genpact is hiring employees from financial accounts of other colctrs. Is it true that they are giving a premium or higher salary offer kung galing ka ng HSBC or JP Morgan? Paki-clarify naman po kung taga-Genpact or HSBC kayo...:naughty:

... I must say... YES, Because I'm still connected on the company that you mentioned earlier.. I was hired by GENPACT for a pioneering account and salary wise... They MATCH it the same what I am earning with my current company....

received an sms from genpact; receiving the same offer didn't make sense to me since our appraisal is coming this feb so ideally the offer should be above my salary post appraisal...

When you say pirating, its like they go out of their way to get people from these companies without them applying to begin with so I would say NO but if they do apply syempre since may experience na sila in handling a financial account mas mataas pay sa kanila. I think Genpact offers premium talaga to those who have the right experience and attitude.

i applied here before Christmas, I had my initial interview, December 27, 2007. Then phone interview after a week. Bumbay yung kausap ko. I'm applying for Agent lang naman. Tapos sabi ng Bumbay na girl, based on their interview, they are considering me for Process Developer or QA position. Sabi ok.

Hinintay ko ulit yung tawag. Tumawag uli yung HR Gen na nag interview sa kin. Jan. 14, 2008, may one on one daw ako with the SVP for Operations, Brian Sturvery yung name, Jan 16, 2008 daw. Come Jan. 16, 2008, interview na nga, almost 1 hr and half ang interview. Tapos another call daw ulit. Awa ng Diyos, wala pang tawag till now.

Ang akin lang sana, kung hindi ako considered as QA or Process Developer, sana sinabi agad, diba? Ngayon, tengga muna ko. Tapos na yung notice to leave ko sa company ko eh. Haaay.
