Paano ninyo sagutin ito sa email?? yun nala bold letters

"Will appreciate your immediate response with best resume, rate/salary and contact info. "

?????????

is it safe to say kung ano ang range mo ?? like

"My expected salary ranges from $2000.00 - 2500.00. "

Dito talaga ako nahihirapan .... :mecry:

Place your ideal salary, bump it up a bit and place the word "negotiable".

You have just to be straightforward on this one. Either you'll give your ideal salary or run risking working underpaid by your standards.

Or maybe they are asking for your current salary. If that's the case, then just say your actual salary. They can doublecheck at any time should ever you felt the need to bump up your salary :D

I concur with Dacs.

They need to know your current salary as well as your salary expectations for their reference.

For salary expectations, give them a ballpark figure- and never under assess or make too low a demand- baka malugi ka :D

i'm usually pissed when getting asked this question without as much yet of a real interview.

parang ang cheap - kinakahon ka na agad sa salary expectations mo ni hindi mo pa nga alam kung qualified ka na or patok *** company na un for you.

hihihi poot ba?

so normally i say, once we i know more about the company, the job and likewise, i'm sure that won't be an issue. i try to stall as much as possible.

salamat sa mga nag reply ... nag goggle ako about this and dapat sinasabi mo yun "range" tapos, lagyan mo ng justification ... like

"Regarding my salary expectation, I have researched that 3-5 years experienced web developers receive $2500 - $3500 and that’s the range I am in."

tamaba ang grammar ko ??? ahihihi

Tama yang line of thinking. I did that once in an interview just to be on the safe side.

But you must consider as well your personal worth. Di naman kasi lahat ng tao pare-pareho ang value sa market.

do your homework faolafini ;)

Ask around sa mga tao na may similar line of work in the country na nag originate yung offer

research ka din sa cost of living, rentals, etc

wag kang mabulag sa offer ;)

Here's a safe answer I could suggest:

Regarding my salary data and salary expectations, currently I am drawing PHP XX,XXX.00 per month, plus benefits and bonuses.

I am expecting at least $ XX,XXX.00 per month, plus any benefits and bonuses that the company offers.

This is still negotiable, depending upon the total package.

Hope this helps :)
