Accenture pays a very competitive salary and benefits but I'm not sure kung sila yun highest sa Pinas. Last year nag resign ako sa Accenture, they are giving 18K for an entry-level position.

depends din sa type of cobol, kung mainframe cobol or cobol400

sa Singapore, ang range is SG$ 2,5000 - 5,000 (depends sa industry/domain na pinanggalingan at experience level).

alam ko mas malaki bigay sa cobol mainframe compared to cobol unix... di ko lang alam ang range for 2 years experience...

actually accenture is one of the company who offer an average salary... not that high, but not that low for an entry level...
you could find company offering 20k plus for entry level... pahirapan nga lang makapasok.... i.e. p&g.

and yung career growth mo would definitely depend kung saan project ka maassign. so medyo swertehan yung dating...
